Fitters Scott and Jason fitted my blinds to box bay window and did an excellent job,well pleased with the blinds and the lads even hoovered up,👍great job well pleased

Peter came to assess our large picture window ( over 2m wide and ceiling to floor) for a motorised roller blind. He gave us all the information and options. The girls I spoke too on the phone were lovely and helpful. It was specially made and fitted within weeks by Jason and Scott who had it fixed in place, explained and working in no time. They really did a great job, clean and tidy too. They were all a joy to meet and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

I had three blinds fitted last month, two venetian in the kitchen and a large wooden venetian for the living room. The blinds when they came were better than my expectations and the lads who came to fit them were very efficient and friendly. They were very quick Scott did the kitchen and Jason did the living room, brilliant results and the blinds look great. Very glad I chose deal direct blinds.

From measuring up to estimate & then the fitting i felt the whole experience was smooth.

The staff at deal direct blinds were extremely helpful on the phone. I got a quick appointment for Peter to come out and measure up. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The blinds were fitted on the date we wanted by Scott, who again was very professional and arrived when he was supposed to and did a fabulous job fitting the blinds. Very competitive pricing. I have used them before and would definitely recommend.

Went to Deal Direct as other company websites didnt seem to have the capability to do the work we needed to be done. Our Velux window is over 30 years old so blinds these days were not possible for ours . Called to factory whilst passing and quickly got the answers and quotes off Joanne that this could be done. Blinds now manufactured and fitted in 2 weeks and look excellent. Many thanks to her for that and to Scott , Jason and Rob for the job completed in a very friendly manner Would recommend this company and use again if looking for blinds .

Have used this company for past 18years and have always had excellent service and today was no different. Had electric blackout blinds fitted to French doors and a small utility window. Rob initially came to measure up and discuss options with me and today Scott and Jason arrived to fit them. They were brilliant taking time to make sure everything worked as it should. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Peter came to measure up and was so knowledgeable, helpful, and professional that he was the reason I chose this company over a cheaper competitor. Scott and Jason fitted the blinds on Friday and did an excellent, tidy job. The faux wood Venetian blinds look fantastic, feel great quality, and have completely lifted the room. Highly recommended they are far superior to the other companies I’ve used in the past.

I arranged for Deal Direct Blinds to measure and quote for some blinds for my home and the service from start to finish has been fantastic.

Peter came out to measure and quote for us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through the most suitable options and explained what would work best for what we needed in terms of achieving the darkness and privacy we required. He never pushed more expensive products or finishes and actually explained how some of these options wouldn’t be right for what we needed, which was a breath of fresh air.
I was more than happy with the prices quoted and booked in to have them fitted.
The office staff who I spoke to for fitting dates were great and booked them in to fit with my schedule.

Scott and Jason came to fit my blinds. They let me know when they were on their way and arrived promptly. They were both really friendly, and got the work done to a high standard. They ensured everything was fitted safely and securely and as I had arranged with Peter. My home was left tidy and I was shown the ins and outs of my new blinds thoroughly.

We had an electric patio awning fitted last may, and since have had an issue with the wind sensor fitted to the awning. It would bring the awning in after 30 mins. So this sensor was changed 3/4 times over the last year but still it persisted. So it was changed recently to a different type of sensor fitted to the side of the awning. This has rectified the fault and it now remains open.

Needed new slats after being sold other crap by another company not naming names but there named after a part of the motor way went In On sat ordered new slats very good customer service and solved my issue straight away recurved txt on Monday saying order was ready to collect couldn’t be happier with service and product thanks would highly recommend

Peter came to measure my kitchen window for a roller blind and he helped me to pick the colour as I couldn’t make my mind up, Scott came to fit the blind this morning and I’m really happy with it.
Tidied up and made sure the blind was working properly before he left.

From initial phone call the staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a very tight deadline to get into our new home and Deal Direct helped us out very massively!

The lady on the phone was great. Our measurer Rob was fantastic, his knowledge and experience helped get us exactly what we needed, he offered brilliant advice and was very swift on his visit and got the ball moving quickly for us.

Scott and Jason were our fitters, they were great, showed up on time and talked through everything. They worked quickly and efficiently but then still took the time to show us how to operate them and made sure we were happy with the product.
