Absolutely delighted with our new Perfect Fit blinds in the living room! From start to finish, the service was excellent. The blinds were fitted perfectly and look fantastic — they’ve really transformed the room and give it a lovely, smart, finished look.

The quality is brilliant, and the fit is exactly what we wanted. The whole process was professional, friendly and hassle-free, with great attention to detail.

I needed a repair done on one of my Vision blinds, so I messaged the Facebook page and Joanna was incredibly helpful. She said the blind could be repaired and even sent me a video showing me how to take it down so I could take it into the shop.

When I visited the shop, I received excellent customer service from Hannah, and Shaun was able to repair my blind. From dropping it off - it was repaired and ready to collect within an hour!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Deal Direct Blinds — 5-star service!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Unbelievably professional through measuring and helping me choose a house full of blinds through to booking and fitting. During fitting the guys were very professional, pleasant and kept every workspace clean and tidy and very speedy but still taking care. The job was not rushed and even showed my mam around and shown every blond fitted. Very happy with this company and will always use again in future ALONG with recommending to friends and family. I had my new blind fitted yesterday by a lovely lad called Stephen. I love it !! It’s made such a difference to my bedroom. He was friendly, polite, and he didn’t leave any mess. I’m definitely using then again !!

We had Peter come out and measure up for plantation shutters to our front room and upstairs windows.
Peter was polite professional and easy to talk to , very helpful with the design and colour of our shutters which was much appreciated. Actually Peter went above and beyond measuring up his help, consideration and knowledge were much appreciated ..we decided cafe style shutters were better suited to my period property.
We also decided at the back of our house a softer light filtering pleated cafe style blind was best suited and we chose a colour to offset my darker braun windowframe,s.

These were fitted today by Scott who was just as polite freindly and professional..he did a great job and even cleared away what little packaging that was left over.

From start to finish my experience with deal direct blinds has been trouble free enjoyable and within set timescales ..both staff punctual to a time given .
Any contact was prompt either by email or phone, Steph was always there to help answer any queries I had again with her experiance and genuine helpfulness..all in all a great company with fantastic freindly professional staff.
I can and do highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about shutters or blinds you will not be dissapointed.

Nice experience but what I think that the company is not doing well is in the area of booking for fittings. You made payment and you have to wait for 2 weeks plus before they come for the fittings is not fair . My daughter gave a review yesterday and for her to be happy with the fittings shows that the fitter Scot-Rob really did a good job.

We had Deal Direct blinds out to fit some new electric roller blinds on our bifold doors.
We initially went into the Gateshead showroom and met Eva, who explained the whole process and booked a surveyor to come and measure up. The surveyor arrived on time, measured up and talked us through the various options.
We received a phone call from the showroom a few days later and our fitting day was arranged. Paul the fitter called us to let us know his expected time of arrival - he was very pleasant and got straight on with the job. The fit was completed in good time and Paul then talked us through how the blinds work.
Overall a really good experience and we would highly recommend

Had blinds fitted by Paul he was very friendly and professional, he was very respectful of home, he done a brilliant job with no mess. Have always used Deal Direct Blinds and always recommend them to friends and family, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again Paul X
