2 days before Christmas and a million phone calls later with companies wanting to charge a lot or ask me to wait until after Christmas for a call out, I finally spoke to Ernest who managed to squeeze a call out to me the same day. He was very communicative and when arrived, was very thorough in his work seeking point(s) of entry for rodents in loft space. He quickly found the point of entry but continued to do a thorough sweep through of the house to make sure I’d not missed anything, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He kept me fully informed with work he was carrying out and found the brick that was missing from an outbuilding, promptly fixing this in place and making sure fully sealed. Very grateful for a super quick, professional and great quality job carried out and would not hesitate to recommend.

Ernest did a visit to us within a few hours of our first call. He was professional and very personable and explained everything clearly, did a very thorough assessment of our pest situation... and successfully caught our unwelcome guest the first night. He gave good onward recommendations, and clearly knows his stuff. Excellent communication as well.

Ernest was incredible. My son had rats in his student hour. Ernest was So so easy to deal with - came out straight away and then sent a long detailed report with pictures. He couldn’t have made the process any easier and it’s hard being the other end of the country. I had called about 10 other companies before getting Ernest - I am so glad I found him. I can’t recommend him enough and his charge is very reasonable compare everyone else.

Earnest from Deadbugpestcontrol came out on a Sunday one day after I called him. He was very knowledgeable about wasps and their habits. He took less than an hour to deal with the wasp nest on my garage roof. I have had no problems since.

Called Deadbug Monday afternoon to report our wasp problem. Attended Tuesday morning. Donned the Protective suit and chemical treated the nest area. Within 2 hours not a wasp to be seen. Have used before, will use again
