A truly woeful experience.

Agreed on an ok-looking spec/car for the price.

I had to valet the car myself in their valet bay before it was good enough to go home in, even then I had to pay for a professional to do this properly.

I was told the warranty covered cosmetics including paint and alloy damage, only to find that was not true as the first wash revealed the extent of hidden scratches and paint damage etc.

If you are considering purchasing from Day's, do NOT let yourself be upsold to with Diamond cleaning nonsense, it is simply not worth it. Buy some Autoglym products for a fraction of the price.

Unimpressed.

The bottom line is; buying a large purchase such as a motor vehicle, the purchaser has to feel like they are "getting" something, so the sales have to be empowered to allow that to happen. A few quid to acknowledge the state of the car would have been a start.

To turn up and valet my own purchase, then the b.s. on the warranty means I am left with the feeling this company is grasping. This is bottom class.

Not recommended.

Don’t go anywhere else! Days Ford Haverfordwest and Dave Hanney only place to go! He got me my dream Puma and had it brought down from another branch. He’s been friendly, patient -(especially with my excitement at my new car), honest and professional. Whole experience with Dave and his colleagues in Haverfordwest has been brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Maybe they should rename it Dave’s Ford 😉 so happy with my new Puma thank you so much Dave and team at Haverfordwest you are all stars 🌟

As a woman on my own, I felt confident dealing with Dave Hanney. I had bought a motorhome from him previously and was happy with the service I received. I felt in safe hands throughout the process and was very happy with my purchase.

We recently visited Days Motor Group in Haverfordwest after seeing a vehicle we liked online. We were greeted by Dave Hanney, he was very polite and easy to get along with.
The vehicle was ready to look around and we didn’t feel pressured by pushy sales tactics. We spoke with Dave in detail about the vehicle and went for a test drive. Once we had decided to go ahead with the purchase of the vehicle, Dave was really efficient, and had the car ready to handover in a few days. Highly recommended.

Popped into Days Haverfordwest to originally look at a car we'd liked online, greeted warmly by Mario who showed us the car but also showed us a different car that was more suited to our needs, he is a fantastic salesman haha!! We recently bough a Ford Fiesta from Haverfordwest motor-park, from the initial phone call to enquire if the car was available to collecting the car , i have to say Dave Hanney was first class, very professional and very helpful, what was promised was delivered, making a considerable purchase enjoyable.

We found Dave our sales executive very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered assistance when we arrived but was not pushy and answered all our questions in a lovely manner.

I visited this dealership today intending to purchase a car and asked to arrange a test drive. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very disappointing. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, and I felt as though I was being looked down on rather than treated as a serious customer.

As a result, I chose to walk away and will not be returning. Buying a car is a significant decision, and I believe customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

Last week we visited Days Motor Group Second Hand Car Lot in Haverfordwest. We were met by Dave Hanney ,who was very polite and allowed us to wander around on our own. He returned to discuss the few cars we had chosen to review. We returned the following day and went for a test drive in the two cars we liked. Dave Hanney was very patient and helpful and makes a lovely cup of tea. We were under no pressure and returned the next day to complete our purchase. Highly recommended.

My wife and I visited Days in Haverfordwest and asked to look at two used cars on site. Met Dave Hanney who showed us both cars which were very similar in price. Before we could make a decision Dave pointed out the different tax rates - £195 and £620. We were not aware of the tax rules and so that was a very helpful start. Arranged a test drive a week later and decided to buy the car with the lower tax accepting a very reasonable part ex offer on the two cars we owned. Because of a warning message on the dash during the test drive, Dave arranged for the car to be shipped to the nearest Volvo dealer in Swansea for it to be fixed but they couldn’t deal with it for nearly two weeks. Dave kept us informed with progress and we now own the car. Apart from the delay which was outside Dave’s control we were very happy with the whole process. Great customer service from Dave and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
