I got the service I wanted
I'm generally an awkward person without meaning to be, however I know what I want and the guys looked after a vehicle I sourced from another company. Really on top of the vehicle servicing and when it came for a new car I went back and the story was great.
Specified what I wanted, they searched to see if they could get me a car sooner but there wasn't a 100% match. The order went in and I was updated as it progressed

courteous and helpful, as were the staff I spoke with face to face.
My appointment was for 10.00, I was asked to be there 10mins earlier. I arrived at 09.45. My car was still where I parked it at 10.25!
Also, systems appear organisation centric rather than customer focussed.

I made the appointment by telephone and subsequently received several emails reminding me, and asking me to confirm my attendance. When I make a commitment I keep it!

Subsequent to the visit, I received an email directing me to compliment individuals and to give a 5 star rating. Whilst I appreciate the value of customer satisfaction metrics, the activity experienced here serves only to skew statistics, and to irritate customers.
