David Conway & Co Recensioni

David Conway had their work cut out as we had been let down by a well known online Estate agents.

We had paid upfront and got very few viewings.

We met with Ross and he gave us confidence in the team at David Conway and how they can support us in selling our home.
We soon started to get more and better qualified viewings from David Conway and the support alongside the viewings was massive for us.

We got a huge amount of feedback from viewings and ultimately got an offer well above the asking price.

From that point everything was handled by the team at David Conway, supporting to make sure we completed successfully.

Restored our faith in estate agents would 100% recommend.

Kav was also great throughout the transaction.

I'm using David Conway as agents for a property I'm letting and 2 months in I'm still very impressed with the service they offer. An admin problem was very quickly and efficiently sorted by Hamza and with excellent communication.

Very professional and easy going estate agents to deal with. The whole process from the viewing to the collection of keys was a very smooth experience and I would recommend to all. Also to mention the agent we dealt with (Hamza) consistently delivered great customer service throughout 👍🏾

Just to say I was very pleased with the house purchase transaction, all the staff at David Conway were always extremely helpful with calls, queries, questions etc answered speedily and efficiently, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service received from Ross and the team - very well informed and professional at all times.

Went above and beyond to ensure the house buying journey was as easy as possible.

Will definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Thanks again guys!

Everyone we spoke to at David Conway were really professional and helpful from arranging the viewing to moving in. If they did not know the answer to something they followed up and got back to us promptly. They made the whole process as easy and smooth for us as it could possibly be.

Excellent service from start to finish. Well done!

What an excellent and organised agency. I dealt with Ross throughout my purchase, and I found him to be friendly, professional and very accommodating. Although it was a long ordeal getting to completion he was regularly in touch with me to get updates on the vendor's behalf, but never demanding. If I was selling, I'd definitely consider D&C. I even got a surprise gift box of little home start goodies when collecting the keys, which topped off an excellent experience.

David Conway were amazing during the whole process of selling my property. Their local knowledge is 2nd to none and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell -in fact, I already did for a neighbour! Special thanks to Ross and the rest of the team

From the initial house viewing to the handover of the keys, David Conway & Co (Harrow branch) were highly attentive, organised and efficient. Having moved house during Covid-19, I anticipated issues along the way but Ross was in constant contact with me, which made me feel very reassured. I would highly recommend using their services. I know if I ever move again, I will definitely try and use them again! Thank you so much Ross and Nicky :)

These guys are excellent and very efficient. If you are looking to move around South harrow area this is the proper estate agent to go for. Selling one’s home is either exciting or terrifying, however the professional manner in which the agents at David Conway & Co operated gave me confidence that they indeed had my best interest at heart. They updated regularly with emails and phone calls. They had potential buyers who viewed my property and gave feedback from them. Ross in particular was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, honest and ensured that my interest was always number one. Even though he had other properties to sell, I was always greeted by name and all enquires were dealt genuinely. Thank you for your hard work and ensuring that the best outcome was achieved.

Even though there were some challenges along the way, Ross and his team kept me up to date with what was going on ensuring that I didn’t give up. They got the sale and we left happy vendors. Thanks Ross, Nicky, Mark and all the others that made it happen
