Want to say a massive thanks to the team at David Conway, who worked tirelessly on the sale of my property. We really built a great relationship and their local knowledge and expertise is second to none. Special thanks to James but especially Susan who consistently went above and beyond, the extra mile and more.

A huge thanks to the team at D C, in particular Stefan and of course James - Kevin, Clive and the lovely Perrie who remained approachable, transparent and supportive throughout not the easiest of sales. Nonetheless, as a result, my experience greatly improved and bettered by comparison using D C. I should have chosen them from the off. From the beginning, they brilliantly appraised the market, refraining from giving false promises - a practice I unfortunately encountered elsewhere, with agents inflating the appraisal value just to secure my sale. Ross approached the valuation with a level of honesty and expertise that was both refreshing and reassuring.

Ross, Mitch and Daniel marketed our home exceptionally well, highlighting its best features and portraying it in a manner that truly represented its worth. The in-depth understanding, they have of the market, coupled with a strategic approach to selling, reassured me that I had chosen the right team to represent my interests.

Very poor company to deal with. They don't respect the contracts they agree to with you and if they make an error expect you to foot the bill for it.

Once it was clear they would have to pay for their own error, they unprofessionally went on to attempt to smear us online.

Would not recommend them as someone to do business with.

What a terrible reply. Nowhere did I state that I had purchased anything from your company. My review is a legitimate experience of dealing with your business.

Your business wanted to breach our contract, expected us to pay the price of your error and then attempted to smear our business online with false statements about being scammers because we were not able to assist you in breaching the contract.

So would I stand by comments of you being a very poor company to deal with? Absolutely. I think we can see from the tone of your responses how you deal with people when you are unable to get your own way, so would be indicative of anyone else wishing to do business with you.
