As a surprise, Fran did a 90's/00's banger themed routine for my hen party in August and it was the BEST THING EVER!
Having a group of friends where some had a background in dance, some no experience at all, Fran catered to all levels. She made everyone feel confident, sexy and most of all made sure we were having fun at all times!
My friends loved it so much, we're going to perform it at my wedding reception as a surprise.

If you're looking for something fab to do for your hen, Fran is the woman to call!

I was recently invited for a friend's birthday to attend one of Fran's dance class parties. The theme was Mamma Mia and it was absolutely brilliant.
As Lady Captain this year of Epping Golf Club I have to raise money for my charity the NSPCC. I decided to have a Bollywood night for our lady members and asked Fran to teach us a routine to Jai Ho after our meal. Frans ability to get everyone up, hold our attention and laugh with us was amazing. The routine was pitched at the right level for a bunch of eager but not necessarily talented ladies! Fran was a pleasure to deal with and her routine had all our ladies up dancing and having a real giggle. Could not recommend highly enough!

I had the incredible pleasure of attending a burlesque-style hen party hosted by none other than the amazing Fran, and let me just say, it was an experience that left us all utterly dazzled and empowered!

Fran's burlesque workshop was an absolute blast from start to finish. With her charismatic and encouraging demeanor, she created a warm and inclusive atmosphere that instantly put everyone at ease. Whether you were a seasoned dancer or someone with two left feet, Fran made sure that everyone felt comfortable and excited to join in the fun.

The workshop itself was a delightful blend of dance, laughter, and a sprinkle of cheeky charm. Fran expertly guided us through the art of burlesque, breaking down the movements step by step. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole experience enjoyable for dancers of all skill levels. The culmination of the workshop was a mini-performance that Fran had choreographed for us. It was amazing to see how much progress we had all made in such a short time, and the cheers and applause that followed were a testament to Fran's wonderful teaching skills. The smiles on everyone's faces, especially the bride-to-be Me!, were truly heartwarming.

My friend has the inspired idea to book Fran and Maria for my Hen day. As a lady in her 50’s I wanted a day that was fun but classy. They were wonderful, really made the day, everyone loved it from daughters in their 20’s to my glamorous mum of 80. I need to find another event to book them again

Amazing class with wonderful welcoming people. Lots of fun you don’t need any previous experience, very uplifting and confidence boosting. Fran is the best teacher, kind and patient, I totally recommend this class.

Fran is a wonderful dance teacher. She manages to make you feel at ease and empowered with her bright, bubbly infectious energy and effortless style. The routines are built up in such a way that by the end of the class you have this brilliant dance routine mastered! I absolutely love her classes and the way you can devote that time to feeling fitter and moving in such a fun and exhilarating way. Always a highlight of my week!

I love my weekly dance classes with Fran. I’m def fitter than I was before and I love the range of choreography we learn. If there is something my body can’t do..Fran is always there with an alternative that suits.

Fran is the most amazing person you will ever meet. She is able to make you feel completely comfortable in your skin no matter your age or size within the first 5 minutes of the lesson. It’s all about empowering women whilst having the best time the dance class is expertly taught broken down into manageable sections so it’s easy even for beginners with no background in dance. I’ve been going nearly from the get go and I look forward to it every week all the girls are so lovely and friendly it really is a safe space to be your sassy unique self ❤️❤️

I have a Chronic Pain condition (Fibromyalgia). I had lost all confidence and my well being was on the floor.
After my first session, I knew I was returning and I kept coming back! I always look forward to my time dancing with incredible ladies. Fran is so skilled when it comes to everyone's individual needs. Fran ensures whatever the level, we all come out on top with a smile on our face.
I'm blessed to have found this class. This fitness has shaped my body when even doctors told me I would struggle. Great class, and such value for money!

I would recommend this fabulous dance class to all ladies!! Fran is a fantastic teacher- bright bubbly and extremely knowledgeable, you don’t need to have any background in dancing ( I certainly don’t) and can easily pick up the moves- after your first class you are left energised and wanting more!!

The most fun you can have with your clothes on!! Never been anywhere that made me feel so positive about things. Fran is an amazing teacher and infectiously positive person who genuinely cares about each and every one of us. Oh and it's great for learning dances and getting fit without realising it's happening.
