Had an absolute blast with Fran at our friend’s hen. It was burlesque themed and it was so much fun. Booking Fran was super easy. Good communication from the first initial booking to the very end, even when she was trying to teach us rowdy bunch to dance. Our ages ranged for 18-60 and it was good fun for all. So thank you Fran for making our friends hen a very fun enjoyable memorable experience.

Fran came to our Guide Camp this summer for a fabulous afternoon of line dancing in our campsite. There were 15 of us and we were all taught a selection of moves. I would really recommend Fran and she had a great way with the teenage girls

I booked Fran for my birthday party with a group of friends & I cannot express how perfect it was!
I gave Fran 3 songs which quite frankly, shouldn't have gone together and she tailor made the most perfect routine for us. It was easy to follow, fit the music flawlessly and had us giggling from start to finish. We were all absolutely gutted when it came to an end and Fran had to leave.
She's the nicest person and you never feel like your doing a bad job. She's an absolute dance fairy godmother who pops up and makes your day the absolute best! I can't wait to book her for more occasions.

Recently attended a party run by Fran and I had the best time! Fran is approachable, friendly and one of the girls. She brings such a great energy alongside her expertise. She had us in fits of laughter and makes the routines manageable for all fitness levels. I highly recommend booking in with Fran - you will have the best time!

We had the most incredible experience learning our first dance with Fran.

From the first phone call to the final lesson, she was energetic, attentive and completely understood what would work for us as a couple.

Fran created a dance that felt natural, personal and completely suited to us. Nothing felt forced or overly choreographed and she made every lesson relaxed, enjoyable and genuinely fun.

I went into the lessons as someone who really didn’t enjoy dancing but Fran completely changed that. I had a genuine revelation and ended up looking forward to practising and the next lesson.

Her enthusiasm is infectious and she gave us so much confidence ahead of our wedding day.

Fran is an absolutely brilliant teacher and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Fran ran a Britney-themed dance class for my friend's hen party and we had THE BEST TIME. She is an absolute babe, so encouraging and friendly, and made learning an entire routine feel like so much fun!

Fran is one of a kind, she brings the energy, the dance moves and the kind and patient nature to teach someone who doesn't know what they are doing. We knew the song we wanted to do our wedding song to and a vague idea of style but felt a bit lost with it all until we bought Fran into it. I look back at all our practices together and laugh as she made us feel so safe and was also a lot of fun. Would not use anyone else!

The venue was great. Fran is amazing at making everyone welcome and putting everyone at ease.
Frans teaching method is both clever and fun. No one feels out of place and lots of laughs throughout the evening.
I would highly recommend any event that Fran puts on !!

Fran is the most amazing, down to earth, funny and most of all TALENTED lady I’ve ever met! She hosted my very silly Hen Do dance party and I genuinely got abs from laughing so much! My friends also had a blast and can’t wait for another dance sesh! Fran was so motivational, passionate and patient with how bad my rhythm was but we got there in the end!
10/10 would recommend for anyone who wants to have a fun and interactive dance party experience!

Booked Dance Yourself Free with Fran for my friends Hen do in March, and what an amazing time we had. The group were nervous to start and didn’t know what to expect, but we had so much fun and by the end of it, we all wanted to do it again! Non stop laughter, and fun, and the dance routines were just brilliant. Fran, thank you for being a part of my best friends hen do and setting us up for a great day!

What can I say but what an amazing experience at Dance Yourself Free, Fran is the most amazing teacher, she breaks all the dances down so everyone can pick them up, she makes the class so much fun and is so encouraging, empowering and gives huge confidence to everyone. Fran is awesome, kind and so caring, you can see why all her regulars are so dedicated to her and to the Dance Yourself Free experience.

Fran who runs the dance evenings is such a good teacher. She makes it fun and enjoyable, she breaks a routine down into segments and then puts it together. The ladies that go and Fran are so friendly, you don't feel self conscious at all, I love going. It is good exercise for body and mind, as it says "Dance yourself Free".

What a brilliant night! Fran choreographed a great routine to ABBA which was easy to pick up as broken down in stages and then put together in a glorious finale. It is a super relaxed and fun environment thanks to Fran’s infectious enthusiasm and inclusive and welcoming approach. Such a great way to spend an evening
Fran is lovely, encouraging and lots of fun. Nothing too serious, or strenuous.
We had Prosecco breaks which of course helped with our dance moves!!
Will certainly be booking more classes.

Fran taught 20 Hens aged 20s to 60s of varying confidence, musicality and dance ability a Nineties mix routine.
