Dalziel Ventures  Recensioni

I bought a property with the intention of selling it straight on.

Kris reached out to me on social media and found a buyer quickly.

Despite it being in legals just before Christmas.

The transaction is already complete

Hassle free and Kris done what he said he would.

Never used a sourcer until now but having struggled to avoid Kris on social platforms I thought I would give it a go! We had a brief intro call and within days he was finding me deals that matched my criteria. We managed to get the first one over the line within a short time and I'll certainly be looking for Kris' help finding more investments this year. Very honest, very transparent and a great communicator. A top guy.

After watching Kris on Instagram and listening to him on podcasts, finally decided to send him a message and couldn’t believe how much time he gave me. After the call and telling him what I want, he brought me a few deals but finally took the plunge and my only regret is not taking some of the deals he offered me previously. Helped with putting me in touch with a broker and chasing up solicitors. Looking forward to doing more together in 2026.

Been in talks with kris for many months about buying a property and I finally made the decision to go for it. kris provided a full service from sourcing, Managing renovation and letting the property which was a very fast and painless process throughout. Kris was always on hand to give advice and answer any concerns. I will be buying again from him

The apartment is fully equipped and located in an excellent area, making it perfect for a longer stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it.

Genuinely most helpful property person I’ve come across. So helpful for all his clients and makes everything so easy. looking forward to carry on working with him in future.

Honestly cant rate Kris highly enough, his deals blow everyone out of the water, and he isn't just a property sourcer and investor he is one of the most down to earth guys you will ever meet. He doesn't just source properties but keeps in touch every step of the way, lining up solicitors, contractors and estate agents, or even lettings if that's your exit. He always replies on whatsapp and is always happy to help.

Kris @ Dalziel Ventures is a proper standup guy. I’ve co sourced a couple of deals with him now. He’s really easy to deal with. Does what he says he will do and just gets the job done. Thanks again!

My wife and I had talked property investing to death for years before meeting Kris and i'm pleased to say he gave us the confidence and the belief to get going. We've recently completed our first project with Kris and the whole experience has been excellent.

He sourced us exactly the sort of property we were looking for and helped us so much by recommending us everyone we needed in the process - solicitor, bridging finance company and local builder - all of whom have been brilliant.

There was a slight issue with the property where more work was needed than originally anticipated and Kris made a contribution towards paying that. There was nothing at all to say he should, but that shows what he's like to work with. Really honest, totally upfront and there every step of the way.

If you are not sure about how to get started in property development and getting a portfolio going, I can't recommend him enough and look forward to hopefully working with him for many years to come.

Contacted kris last year wanting to get into property, he organised to meet up in person and sorted me my first flip not long after which has just sold for the exactly what it said it would, since then hes sorted me a few more deals and hopefully more to come, always available with any questions you have or want his opinion/ advice on something, cant recommend him enough

I had an outstanding experience working with this property finding company. From the very beginning, their team was proactive, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to understanding my needs. They provided a curated list of properties that matched my criteria perfectly and guided me through every step of the process with transparency and expertise. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions or offer advice. Thanks to their dedication, I found the perfect property without stress or wasted time. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient property search experience. The

Kris has been great from start to finish on my second purchase with him. His communication is second to to none, knowledge and deals are on point and an all round good guy.

In an industry filled with pretenders he really does walk the walk and the results speak for themselves. Looking forward to doing many more deals with you Kris.

Kris co-sourced us our first investment property and our first BRRR project.
I had asked him a month prior to find me a deal in Stirling and without much prompt, he followed through.
The deal ended up valuing 5k higher than predicted and renting out for £50 per month more than predicted.
Kris is incredible at his job and I've followed him from the sidelines for a while. It has been a pleasure to work with him and have his support, advice and contacts on hand whenever I needed it.
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Kris was amazing from the first moment we touched based. He always gives me the heads up when deals come on his desk and he goes the extra mile with advice and guidance to make sure each project works out to plan and maximise the deal.

Kris done a fixed returns on my investment for a specific deal everything was explained well. During the period of the deal he kept me up to date and informed he was very proactive with his communications and very transparent. I would highly recommend.

Kris is a great guy to work with, straight to the point and gets you all the information you need when you ask. No bullsh*t with him. Quick response and does what he says he does. Done 2 deals now with him and hope to do many more in the future.

Great guys to deal with ,
They carried out what they said they would over coming and issues on the way .
I’d highly recommend this company

Kris has repeatedly been of assistance and helped me out with a valuable referral to solve a problem that was nothing to do with him. Very generous for someone that is so busy. He has a great reputation among mutual connections in Scotland. Highly recommend.

Working with Kris has been a walk in the park. He’s very genuine and always there to help. We got a deal done within a couple of week and I’ve just had the valuation done after the refurb and we had an uplift. Happy days.
Couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks

Kris sourced me a BRRRR. Fully sourced, project managed, and successfully rented out with himself and his team. Incredibly attentive, professional and always on the end of the phone for any queries. Only improvements, his banter needs some work. Overall a very positive experience and I will be using him again.
