Dalziel Ventures  Recensioni

I can't recommend Kris highly enough.

What sets Kris apart is that he genuinely wants to help! He went out of his way to support me before we'd done any business together. After being badly burned by another sourcing company, I came to Kris cautious and uncertain. He took the time to arrange refurbishment quotes on a potential property I’d reserved (not via himself); and what he and his builders uncovered genuinely saved me from a significant financial disaster. You can’t beat that kind of integrity!

Since then, I've purchased 2 off-market properties in central Newcastle through Kris. Both are currently going through refurbishment, and he's leveraged his network to ensure the refurb is done to a high standard. The builder he connected me with has been excellent, and I'm excited to get both properties rented out in the coming weeks.

Kris's knowledge of the North East property market is second to none. I wouldn't consider partnering with anyone else at this stage of building my portfolio, and I'm very much looking forward to what comes next.

If you're serious about property investment in the North East, look no further than Kris.

Sold via Kris, straight talking and carried out the sale as agreed.

Kris has been fantastic across two deals we bought from him. In particular, on a complex transaction, that required tens of hours of his time to work with a very distressed seller. A genuinely nice guy and someone at the top of his field. Highly recommend.

Cracking guy that is full of enthusiasm.
Wouldn’t hesitate using again.

Transparent and persevered in face of some unexpected curve balls in the transaction.Best of luck the purchase, sure will do well for you.

Highly recommend Kris to anyone looking to invest in property, he not only knows what he’s on about but has his own portfolio to back up what he says. Not that many people out there like him. Friendly guy plus super genuine, will tell you exactly how it is and do whatever he can to help you get things over the line

Great stay, most comfortable bed! Incredible location.

I meet Kris through a friend of a friend and couldn’t recommend him anymore to anyone who wants to get started in property, he didn’t just find me a property he also helped me learn a lot of stuff which he didn’t have to do

The deal he found me was just what I wanted and it turned out to be Nearly an all money out deal, anyone thinking about working with Kris I would say look no further

Bought my first deal from Kris recently. It exceeded expectations in both Val and cash flow. Ive muted all deal sourcing chats but his. Deals are phenomenal! - but you need fast fingers cause they last 2 seconds. Will definitely buy from him again!

Kris was great to deal with, very responsive and it was quickly clear he knows his area very well, this was very reassuring as a remote investor and I would absolutely recommend Kris’s service to anyone !!

I had a fantastic experience working with Kris. The information he provided was thorough, accurate, and up-to-date, making my decision-making process much easier. He was always responsive and transparent, answering all my questions with detailed insights. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking reliable and expert property sourcing services.

Working with Kris has been an incredibly valuable experience. His depth of expertise in property investment and portfolio development is immediately clear, and he brings a strategic mindset to every conversation.

As someone new to property investing, I appreciated how he presented a variety of carefully considered opportunities, taking the time to explain each option so I could make an informed decision with confidence.

He’s transparent, clear, and honest in his advice, qualities that make it easy to build trust and feel assured in the information he provides.

I source deals and had a deal come in, I was needing speed to sell it and that is exactly what I got.
Kris had a buyer within 10 minutes.
Win - win situation for everyone.

Very easy to work with, very transparent and provides an excellent service. Great deals as well. Would highly recommend.

Kris was great to deal with and totally transparent! Been involved in a couple deals with him now and it’s been seamless every time. Highly recommend!

Kris has been class. Brought one flip and one portfolio so far. Flip had a few problems that Kris help sort and was constantly contactable not hiding away. 👍

First time working with Kris and he brought a buyer forward to purchase a portfolio I had to sell. The transaction was fast, he is easy to deal with, replies almost as soon as you hit send and makes sure everything is sorted and moving forward so nothing falls through.

Good stock. No hidden surprises. Straightforward. Moved fast.

Kris sourced a good property for me with a nice discount. The refurb and the refinance has gone through well. The property is a quality asset which I will be holding long term. I'm looking forward to working with him again.
