I have worked with Ross now for the past 3 months, and during this time my experience with him has been second to none! One thing that really stood out to me was how much he genuinely cared, how he was willing to go above and beyond and how we genuinely cared for his investors and the results he delivered.

His service is far from ordinary, he will go further than he should to get you what you're looking for and make sure your experience is great. Cant fault any of the service and I believe any investor whether beginner or seasoned will truly get benefit from being partnered with Ross. Top tier across the board!

I recently worked with Ross and team for the first time on a BRRR SA project and cannot recommend Orrock Property highly enough.

This was my second investment property, but the first time using a sourcer. The service from start to finish was impeccable and I will be using their services again as soon as this first property is refinanced!

Having been an investor for over 25yrs it's worth pointing out that we investors eventually need a bit of an exit plan too. I've sold 3 properties, 2 with tenants already through Ross because it's not easy to do when you have a busy life. I've been able to sell them as seen because my days of running around after tradesmen are starting to reduce as I approach retirement. Keeping 4 or 5 though as I still love the income.
