Great service from Kiri who was able to help me narrow down what I was looking for. Our new rug looks great and it is comfy for our dog who has leg and hip issues and doesn't like lying on hard floors anymore.

Kiri from castledine store was extremely helpful. Even delivered herself the large rugs. Help lay them down & helped with the furniture. Went back to get a long runner then went for another runner. Also, went back for a outdoor rug & ended up buying 3.

The lady who served us was pleasant, knew her "stuff" and helped us make a decision we are very happy with. This will be our first stop when we need a new rug.
