Excellent customer service
There was a small problem with my order I reported this to Cygnett they had a resolution for me within hours. I'm very impressed by the service provided. Also the iPad case is really good quality.

(The problem I had was a shipping issue not product fault)

A quality phone case - just a pity that it only comes in one colour. At the sale price, it was so good that I bought two.

Online shopping experience was wonderful - quick efficient and had all the information I needed on the product I was after. I bought the Wireless Elite Audio Adapter. Awesome little adapter - I use these with my AirPods Pro2. These connect without any problems as long as you follow the instructions and turn off Bluetooth on your phone first. This combo works great on long flights and the ability to connect a second pair is also pretty cool. These are so much better than the competitors' products out there and I have owned them too.

I bought a screen protector and case for my iPhone. Case is great, but the screen protector is what really stood out. I’ve found them so difficult to put on in the past, but this one made it impossible to get it wrong. So easy to use!!

Dealt with the customer service guys and they were fantastic. They resolved my issue quickly and went over and above in my opinion. Great communication and just made the interaction a pleasure. Thanks

I bought the iphone 14 pro clear phone case last month! This is the second time i've bought this case. This case is great, and Cygnett's customer service is top notch. Bought this case a year ago, and haven't looked back since. Do note however that it does yellow gradually throughout the year.

65 W Travel charger is well designed and built and covers all international destinations. Carry case is great quality and keeps all components together.
Delivery was within 3 days to country SA.

I have a few cygnet products one being a pore bank but when they brought out this I had to have it and just like their other products it’s bang on the money, not only an amazing power bank but it looks awesome and the compliments are even better. I absolutely love it!!
