J’ai eu une très bonne expérience avec CXM.
Le service client est excellent : professionnel, clair et très réactif.
Toutes mes questions ont reçu une réponse rapide, et le processus de retrait s’est déroulé sans problème. Dans mon cas, les fonds ont été traités le jour même, sauf le week-end, ce qui est clairement indiqué.
Dans l’ensemble, CXM fait preuve de sérieux, de transparence et d’efficacité. Je recommande vivement ce courtier à toute personne recherchant un service fiable et un support rapide.
