The surveyor was courteous and professional. The report was produced in good time and gave us a clear insight, through clear descriptions and photographs, into the condition of the property. This enabled us to make decision to proceed with the purchase without delay.

The initial telephone contact provided us with a good overview of the service the company provided to enable us to choose the correct survey level. The survey report gave us a clear indication of the condition of the property and recommendations for further investigations. From this we were able to seek assurances from our solicitor.

Great customer service, I made a booking and they came out at a time to suit me, great communication. The report was sent promptly.

Lots of detail. Got the roof repaired. Good contact with surveyor. Would have liked a bit more detail re boring insects in garage. Handy to know about bathroom access and trip hazard. On the whole a worthwhile experience if a bit overpriced. Might consider another company next time due to price.

We were presented with a professional Level 3 Home Survey Report based on a thorough inspection of the Property. As a result we were able to make a reasoned and informed decision as to whether we would further our interest in the property. The report comprised guidance on planning for repairs, maintenance and/or upgrading the property. In addition to providing advice on the condition of the whole of the property it outlined the identifiable risk of potential or hidden defects while proposing the most probable cause(s) of the defects.
Upon receipt of the report we contacted the Surveyor Richard to help us fully understand the likelihood of the costs and timescale for identified repairs and
necessary work. Richard provided a very professional response and made recommendations as to any further actions for us to take before
committing to a purchase.

I received a very well set out comprehensive level 2 report from Myles on the property I was hoping to purchase. The report was written in a way that I could easily understand and was able to negotiate a further reduction of £8k in the purchase price. Good communication, polite and helpful. We used Richard for level 3 survey on our new house. Prompt and reliable.
He provided a very comprehensive report on the house, which had undergone two extensions. He identified multiple issues with the house and talked us through all of these on the phone afterwards.
We had multiple queries after the survey - and he was always happy to talk us through these. Polite, professional and friendly throughout.
We would use the services of CWH again and highly recommend them to anyone requiring a survey. The survey was invaluable in making decisions about our house purchase.

My experience of using CWH Surveyors has been straight forward, honest, organised and professional. I made my enquiry, a few telephone calls and emails were exchanged (but nothing too overwhelming) with the surveyor assigned to me, Miles Hughes, and he explained the whole process to me in terms that I understood. No professional jargon!
The outcome of my survey allowed me to plan and prioritise the work that needed to be carried out and I am so pleased I had the survey because a job that I would not have considered had to be my main priority - a new roof!
