Great service
Had a great discussion with David at CWH where he gave me good objective advice to help me decide on the type of survey I wanted doing. I then decided to get CWH to carry out the chosen survey and received a prompt report from Ben, the surveyor, who was also very happy to have a follow-up conversation by phone. I was really happy with the service provided.

Great personal service. Thoroughly recommend Wayne Goodwin. We are moving down from Scotland, and the amount of detail in the survey report compared to a Home Buyer’s reports in Scotland is chalk and cheese.

Excellent service. Booked for a RICs valuation. Prompt service both for the initial booking and subsequently when we needed an additional desktop valuation. This was provided within an hour at no additional cost.

Prompt & thorough Survey
I wanted the Survey done quickly which CWH were able to do for me. The Surveyor rang me after the Survey to discuss his initial findings as agreed. The Survey report arrived in my Inbox very promptly. The Survey was very detailed and thorough but well laid out and easy enough to follow with useful photographs too. I have subsequently spoken to the Surveyor to check something out which was a great help. CWH fully delivered!

Great Company - Highly Recommend
A really professional service from start to finish. From the initial telephone conversation explaining the services offered to the agreed verbal conversation immediately after the inspection to the report itself everything was highly efficient and easy to understand. The company went out of their way to squeeze in a valuation for us just before Christmas and to make sure we had the report before the break, which was beyond expectations.
