Quick turn around time. Great customer service. Patches look fantastic

We had pretty strong ideas about what we wanted, but they were patient and dealt with each of our requests quickly so the process didn't take too long at all. The patches are gorgeous!

Everything was great from submitting my picture to how quick the shipping arrived. I’ve book marked your site to keep around for anything else I may want.

The patches turned out just as I designed them. The only complaint if it is even a complaint is that I thought the patches were made in house and they actually are outsourced to China (at least that is what is appears, they were shipped from a Chinese warehouse.) I feel the quality would have been slightly better had they been made by Custom Patch.

The seller was in touch with me about details, and everything moved quickly! The final product is perfect. Just what I imagined.

I was at two different addresses when my order shipped. Custom Patch Factory staff kept in touch with me to ensure that I received them. I did and will be using your company again. Great customer service.

Not sure what happened to this company. All my other orders have been great. Loved the design they first sent and it matched the logo perfectly. It just had a spelling error. Next proof they fixed the spelling and it was great and I approved it. Only to have a new proof 4 hours later that combined lines made some parts of the design super thin and not like what it was supposed to be at all. Looked awful. Question it and they then added a white outline that wasn’t even in the design at all. Every time I would try to get it fixed by circling the issues the proofs just got worse and worse. At this point it will be my last order. So done!

3rd order! 3rd screwup! never could get my colors right! promised delivery date never happened! you get a different customer service rep everytime regardless if you call or chat! promises of correction never come through! then it's your fault that proofs are wrong!
