Out of many patch/merch companies I've worked with, Monterey Company is EASILY the best one in my experience. Quality products and customer service is phenomenal, especially Josh who has helped us through several projects.

Product was fine, but they are not American-made. I had selected to purchase from the company because I was trying to support an American business who manufactures in the U.S., and their website says, “Nestled in beautiful Bend, Oregon, The Monterey Company, Inc. has been crafting high-quality metal products, stylish headwear, and quality custom promotional items since 1989.” When the package arrived, I was surprised to see the return address in China.

Sharing this review so other customers are aware if they are trying to support local businesses. Just want folks to know what they’re buying.

The Monterey Company made these custom coins, which made it much easier to make class rings for my high school seniors.

The communication was really great during the whole process, and my pins turned out perfect! Thank you, I would definitely use this company again!

My husband worked with Amy to create a custom hat patch and it came out perfectly! Based on his experience, I contacted Amy about a small run of custom wine labels I needed . It wasn’t a typical project for them since I needed design help. It was great- Amy communicates efficiently and the artists were awesome! Project was a huge success at our fundraiser.

I had an international trip that I needed some custom keychain gifts made for and the whole process was very streamlined and fast. I was able to speak directly to someone who fielded all my questions and was able to get my design proofed and into production in a matter of days. The finished keychains arrived in time ahead of my flight and looked great.

There were some varying degrees of the finished polish on a number of the keychains but the contact I had been working with was extremely helpful and got me a whole new batch of keychains produced and sent out to me for no additional cost.

I’ll definitely be using them again. Really appreciate Eric going above and beyond.
