great patch - just as expected and quick turn around

fast service, patches look great!

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered over $1100 in products, including two cloth patches, PVC patches, and challenge coins. It's been over a month, and they still have not provided a re-proof of my design after they totally redrew my design. I do not recommend using this company. Very, very poor customer service.

Easy, fast and just what I was looking for in our new departments patch

My order was completed quickly and efficiently. I was able to preview the work by selecting the option to see a real sample before production, this was an extra $20 but sell worth the money. I would highly recommend doing this. This made me realize that I needed to switch the type of patch from an embroidered one to woven patch, This really made the patch look much better. The folks at Custom Patch Factory walked me through the entire process.

They worked with me on my design until it was exactly how I wanted it. The patches came out great and I am super happy with the end result!

I chose 75% embroidery, pellon-backed patches at 2". What arrived was even better than I had hoped for, because they are high quality and well-colored. I also chose to pay later and see a proof first, which was helpful to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The patch is a little thin, but it's sturdy enough for the size it is, so not a problem at all. There's also options for later shipping for cheaper prices, and I found a coupon online too, so it was dirt cheap. Incredibly happy for what it is.

This was my first time ordering patches and was a great experience. A digital proof was sent first and explained a minor change that was made to my design due to space limitations on the actual product. I then received a proof of a finished patch and was able to request adjustments and receive an updated photo after the adjustments were made. Updates were quick and the patches I received are excellent quality - will definitely be purchasing from Custom Patch Factory again in the future!

What made my experience great was that i was able to keep tweeking out my rough draft drawing into a patch that caught exactly what i wanted.

We love our Whirlybird shirts and sweatshirts! Great quality fabrics and the lettering is so crisp and bright! These are for our after school Bible club. Very happy customers!!

The ineptitude with no “proof” on order, wrong colors, unapproved reduction of a 3” x 2” to 3”x 1 5/8” is ridiculous, 1/4 of that Wasted on a none stick, wrong color "spun" border supposed to be iron on??? Plus a threat if you don’t pay before “proof” they delay your order start? Expensive and really pathetic.

Patches come in great everybody loved them, but proofread and make sure wording is right. I did not. That being said patches are worth the money.

The patches came out absolutely amazing! The fine detail in the design was included in the stitching. This was my first order and it will not be my last! The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5-star is the additional charge for the number of colors used. I’m not contesting it, there’s just no where I read that states that 9 is the max number of colors that can be used in an embroidery patch and that additional colors would cost more.

I have ordered both woven patches and embroidered patches from this company, and the quality is great! When I had specific questions regarding the twill colors that were available, they did their best to provide me the answers I needed to make my customer feel comfortable about moving forward with an order. The turnaround has also been very fast!

Based on my experience with Custom Patch Factory over the past few weeks, I am almost certain that most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake or purchased. This company has absolutely no customer service skills. I was promised a call back from a manager within 24–48 hours and never received one. The representatives lie, place you on hold for 20+ minutes, and in some cases simply hang up the phone on you.
I have several voice recordings that clearly show their lack of professionalism and accountability, which I will be submitting with my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
