The communication with their designers made the process fast and relatively easy. I've never worked with a company that was this fast with artwork changes. They didn't try to completely change my artwork like other companies I've used in the past. They do their best to use what they can from your submissions.

The proof initially provided had a mistake (hadn't followed clear instructions provided in the order.) I was able to correct it prior to production, but on receipt of my order, the colors were incorrect--a light red that was correct on a color-corrected screen in the proof showed up in the finished product as a truly hideous orange salmon.

The patches arrived on Monday for a Saturday event. On receipt, I immediately (within two hours of delivery) reached out to the team with pictures demonstrating the problem. They offered to remake the order, but they were unable to do so in time for my event, which made the offer useless. They then instead offered me $20 in compensation (again, remember that the product was so bad they offered to remake it!), which I rejected. They came back again offering their "maximum refund" of $30, which I also rejected. At that point they circled back again (despite the "maximum refund" language, indicating that it was a lie) but I didn't want to waste any more time and instead decided to warn other buyers via this review.

(Interestingly, when checking the review link, "I am satisfied" sends you here and "I am not satisfied" sends you to an internal feedback form--clearly review manipulation as well.)

I comparison shopped extensively, and their prices are the best available for small-batch if you are careful about what options you select... but if you care about quality, I wouldn't go with them. At least not unless you have extensive lead time for multiple rounds of revisions.

This was a lot easier than I would have imagined. I uploaded the artwork that I desired, adjusted the size, picked the type of patch and sooner than I would have expected, I had them in my hand! Custom patches that could not have been easier. Great quality to boot!

The patches turned out great but the ordering process could have been easier. It took multiple back and forth emails to get the design to look as it should. I was also charged another $35 during this process.
