Cushion Supplier Recensioni

This company is the absolute best!! It rescued my expensive Loaf sofas & turned them into sofas which stay plumped & comfy! I can’t recommend Lee & his team at Cushion Supplier highly enough! The whole process was professional & stress free - thank you!

Daughter used this company for new cushions for her sofa and the results were amazing, it's like new. So, yes, I used her as a guinea pig and sent mine for the sane treatment. Used the online calculator before hand and am pleased to report I can measure quite accurately ! Got the cushions back last night. Yep, they took the full 28 days although at least 3 of them were taken up with DPD having them in their depot, but it was worth the wait. Better than they were when new and so comfortable. Would not hesitate to use again and well worth the cost.
Thankyou

Fantastic service. Great Advice as to what cushions to choose. Cushion fitted very very well and made my second hand sofa look like new
This team know their stuff.
Thank you

Fantastic service!! Lee is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We are thrilled with our sofa which now looks like new again!! Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with my new sofa cushions, Lee was very helpful and gave good advice with the type of filling that would suit my needs. Cushions were delivered promptly a week after placing my order, very happy.

I was in two minds whether to replace an old sofa or just replace the cushions. Having spoken to Lee who gave great advice, I opted to replace the cushions and I am so pleased I did! My old sofa has been completely rejuvenated and is now so comfortable. I was so impressed I decided to replace the back scatter cushions as well. I would definitely recommend the Cushion Supplier, fantastic customer service and great cushions!

Extremely friendly and helpful service and great cushions. Would highly recommend.

I was in two minds whether to buy new inners for my IKEA seat cushions, but I’m glad I did as the sofa is transformed. I was able to send in the seat covers and they arrived back within a week perfectly plump and comfortable. A seamless experience. Thank you.

Extremely impressed.
I think it’s very hard nowadays to find such great customer service.
I was helped with the sizing of new cushions for my antique sofa and they arrived on time and are perfect. Transformed my saggy sofa! Great communication. Great price. Thank you.

I had four sofa seat cushions with feather and fibre fillings that had become very lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. I emailed Cushion Supplier, amongst others, asking about foam replacements and they replied the same day with a very helpful email outlining options and the best course of action. They provided an estimate of cost and I arranged to take the cushions into their shop where they measured them, let me sit on and try the replacement options and confirmed a price. I left the cushion covers with them and a week later I collected them. I am very pleased with the results. The sofas look and feel like new. The whole experience was handled with friendly, helpful and efficient service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. They even managed to get a stain out of one of the covers that I’d tried and failed to remove.

The man I dealt with on the phone was helpful and clear. The cushion inserts arrived within the expected time frame and are good quality. I replaced my old feather couch seats with foam and fibre inserts to reduce dust in the house (my son has struggled with chest illnesses lately) and I'm very happy with them. I would happily use the company again.

I am thrilled with the four Sofa cushions made and supplied by this company. The cushions on our 15 year old Sofa were so worn they were slipping out the frame. I was delighted to find, on an internet search, this company. A simple, more economical and eco friendly solution exists. We didn’t need to replace the whole sofa. Directions on how to measure the cushions are very clear, as is the description of options for the stuffing. After entering the measurements online, I had a very helpful telephone discussion with Lee. I was hoping that they could be made before the arrival of houseguests, and I was not disappointed. This is a small family business who provide a personalised service and quality product.

I really like this company, great professional customer service every step of the way. I was nervous about my measuring and explaining what I wanted but they knew exactly what I meant regarding the "feel" of the cushions, I am delighted with them.
I wish other companies were like this!

After researching someone who could give new life to our sofa cushions I found Lee and his dad Mike
They were extremely helpful and i send the covers to ensure good measurements as I’m not the best! The replacements came in less than a month new and fit perfectly I would definitely recommend them - a very professional service

Our sofa seat cushions desparately needed refiling. Quotes from local suppliers were eye-watering (expensive) . We stumbled across this company by chance. The estimate was very reasonable so we went ahead. We were very pleased with the results and the difference they made to our tired old sofa. Customer service was excellent. We had many questions. The advice we were given was founded on extensive experience in the trade. The process from when we placed our order to when we received the cushions was seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Cushion Supplier and will be using their services again in the future.

Used them to replace the cushions inners on my loaf sofa. They are such fantastic quality and very comfortable to sit on. I’m really happy with them thank you so much!

I found this company by chance as they seemed the only place in the country that stocked the Quallofil cushions that were in my existing settee. The price of two new cushion pads was very reasonable and they were delivered in the time I was told when I ordered them. As the company is located in Leigh on Sea I was able to call in when I was down visiting family. It's a lovely local business and both Lee and his father are very knowledgeable about all things cushion related. I now have what looks like a new sofa! Absolutely delighted.

We have a MultiYork sofa that must be about 18 years old now, the covers are still in very good condition but the 100% feather filled cushion pads had repeatedly split and been sewn back up by me over about the last 5 years. It turned into the Bagpuss of sofas, very very saggy. Cushion Supplier are a great company to deal with, great communication during the ordering process. The price was a pleasant surprise for replacing four shaped cushions and we opted for something I didn't know existed - a foam inner with a feather outer shell. I'm really pleased with the result and so glad I chose that option, the sofa now looks like new!

My cushions were refurbished to the quality I required at a very competitive price. The customer service was excellent and the cushions were returned to the timescales I was advised of. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you to Lee and the team.

Amazing service , friendly, great knowledge and advice provided. Great Team
