Really happy with the renewed seat cushions for my sad sofa. Lee and his colleagues were really fantastic in responding promptly to all my questions, kept me completely updated on the work and the price was excellent. I really recommend this independent and i believe family run company. I dithered and dallied for months but was never hassled... just take your time they said..such a pleasure

After 10 years of heavy use (and trampolining children), our sofa and chair were less than comfortable. We spent ages looking for a new suite but couldn't settle on something that worked as well as our current one. I decided to see if we could get the cushions redone and am so glad to have found Cushion Supplier!

I read reviews on here after checking out their services and sent off our covers with a letter asking for advice. Lee got back to us so quickly with detailed advice, explanations of our options and a recommendation. We made our choice and about a week later received our new cushions.

They're exactly what we're looking for, great quality and now very much appreciated by our whole family. Christmas will be a whole lot comfortable.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Cushion Supplier again.

I Have just received the most amazing customer experience From this company , Having got replacement cushions for my 14 yr old Laura Ashley sofa, choosing a like for like filling ...i was disappointed that the new cushions had sagged after a couple of years...and so spoke to them to see what could be done ..i did not expect to get such great advice and a new pair of upgraded style zero plumping cushions , that arrived within days!! i cannot recommend this company highly enough ...and wish them every success ...they really do deresve it ...
if only all companies operated like this one ..and thank you again!

Communication with Lee was first class. He explained the different types of fillings available, and the process of packaging my covers and sending them off was very easy..
I am absolutely thrilled with them. My Ercol armchair looks as good as you and is really comfortable.
I had already paid to have the cushions refilled by another upholsterer and was very disappointed. They felt like I was sitting in a sand pit. This however is marvellous and half the price too !
I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again..

The service from start to finish was first class and even better, Our seven year old Sofology sofa has been completely transformed for an absolute fraction of the price of buying a new one. The man at the helm, is the inimitable Lee Watkins, who just cares about the product he supplies so much, that he can’t be satisfied unless you are.

Brilliant experience from first contact to delivery. Bought a second hand Loaf Pudding sofa and absolutely HATED the feather cushions! So heavy to plump which needed doing almost every time you sat on it, got a quote to replace them from another company of over £400 which was way too much for me, this company quoted me just under £200 and patiently went through all the options available to me, sent off a cushion cover as a template and got my replacement cushions a couple of weeks later. Super easy, brilliant product made by very knowledgeable craftspeople, honestly I couldn't be happier and recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thank you x

Great job done on 2 seat cushions for leather sofa. When returned they were super comfortable and exactly as described when we placed the order. Very helpful staff, great value, and job done with time frame given. Would highly recommend.

Really good experience from Day 1. Lee helped me to choose the right cushion types and was always there if I had questions. He actually cared that I should get the right solution. Delivery of the new cushions wasn't the fastest but I'm totally satisfied with customer service and quality.

I have an older sofa which is good quality and in good condition apart from the flattened cushions. I sent my covers and the new cushions were inserted and sent back to me. It was so simple and now I have a ‘new’ sofa which is comfortable and looks great. Thank you to Lee who made the whole process so easy.

Really really happy with the cushions. I ordered x4 seat and back cushions for some vintage chairs I was restoring. I was not sure what to order and Lee was helpful both on the phone and email.
