I have never left a review before, but after dealing with Curvy Power, I felt I had to warn others. This company is absolutely terrible and I completely understand why they’ve received so many negative reviews and they deserve every one of them.
I recently had surgery and urgently needed a compression garment (bra and arm shaper) for recovery. I placed my order in good faith, expecting it to arrive in a reasonable time. Instead, it took three full weeks to arrive far too late for my post-op needs. Because of their delay, I was forced to borrow money and buy another one elsewhere.
When I told them I no longer needed the item and asked for a refund and a prepaid return, they refused. They claimed they couldn’t refund me because it’s a bra, even though it was completely unworn and in original condition. That excuse is nothing but nonsense. What made things worse is that instead of making things right, they had the nerve to offer me a discount code to buy from them again — as if I would ever spend another penny with them after such a bad experience! Their attitude is shocking and it’s clear they only care about making money, not their customers. Greedy, careless, and completely unprofessional.
I truly hope this company is held accountable and that people stop trusting them with their money. They failed me at a vulnerable time and refused to take responsibility. Do not trust them especially if you need something urgently or expect decent customer service.

La satisfaction des clients ne les intéresse pas lorsque vous vous adressez à eux, ils vous racontent n’importe quoi sans AUCUNE vérification. C’est absolument inadmissible et inacceptable. Ne dépensez pas 0,01 € pour cette compagnie, vous sauvegarderez votre argent et tire calme.

A similar story to others. Despite saying they are based in the UK with a 7-10 day delivery time scale, my item ordered on 5th May did not arrive until 3 weeks later and nobody could tell me where it was despite having a tracking number. It was ping pong with the carrier saying they hadn't received it and CurvyPower insisting it was "somewhere". It was going to arrive too late for my event so I had to go to good old M & S and purchase an alternative last minute. I requested a refund from CurvyPower. They asked me to wait for it to arrive then let them know, as soon as I confirmed the package arrival (not suitability, correct item, sizing, quality, condition or fit as I didn't even open or inspect) they said - sorry, "no refunds".
Not in 2025 mate!! - thank you PayPal for sorting this out promptly! Outrageous

Really happy with garment I ordered, well made and surprisingly the support it gives is good. Just disappointed it takes longer than I’d like for it to arrive.

Unfortunately it's probably too late for you if you're reading this. I purchased some shapewear for an event which was over 3 weeks away and I'm still waiting for the items. I've had to ask PayPal to step in. Awful customer service. And very. Sketchy information is given by them with regards to where your items are, I would not recommend this company.

I was completely ripped off. Wish I had read reviews before ordering as my experience was the same. Cheaply made item and the company is refusing my return as I used the 'Welcome' discount they gave me. The customer care telephone number on the website doesn't work and the email I received from the customer care team comes from an address with this mispelling - 'custumer...' Everything points to this being a scam.

Die bestellte Größe (Mieder) entspricht nicht der Größe. Eher einer asiatischen Größe. Viel zu klein !! Man weigert sich die nicht anprobierte Ware umzutauschen. Nie wieder werde ich hier etwas bestellen.

This company is the worst company I have bought from Every thing above is absolutely true. I wish I read the reviews before I bought anything from. I experienced the worst time with there customer service. There are a number of things that they have but me through. Very late arrival wrong size The labels aren't even attached really badly made you can get 100% better elsewhere.And you can't return or exchange.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I'm not convinced this a UK company although it is registered at companies house. I can't comment on the quality of the item yet because I haven't received it. The email address doesn't even spell customer correctly so alarm bells are ringing. They say 7-10 days delivery but now I've chased they are saying 21 days. How can it take that long if they are UK based. Will contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction and get my money back

Avoid this company at all costs!! I wish that I had looked into this company before ordering a bra. It never stated that underwear couldn’t be returned until I got in touch with Curvy Power who said that they don’t accept returns for hygiene reasons! Why do other retailers accept underwear returns….because they are not cheap Chinese companies who are defrauding genuine customers! The bra was so cheaply made I didn’t even bother to try it on. Lesson learnt…check out a company you’ve never heard of before ordering.

Save yourself money and time and do NOT waste any of that on this company. They do not allow refunds for 1000 reasons. The items I ordered came with stains on the bra and no hygiene stickers. They were unsuitable and in my eyes unsaleable. You shouldn't have to fight for a refund on items like this.
They would not return the items because a sign up discount was applied as offered by them when you go onto their website. Discounted items (not just sale items but also with discount codes) cannot be refunded.
They were unhelpful and gave excuses.
Then offered me a 50% discount on future purchases which I will obviously not be doing as they wouldn't allow a return on that either.

They have completely ignored the fact that the brain had stains on the cup and are focusing on the fact there was a discount applied.

Just avoid this company. £50 of mine down the drain. Very unhappy. Companies with this many bad reviews should be shut down.

Sizing is way out... about 3 sizes smaller than measurements. No label attached but stipulates returns must have labels attached! For return I have to pay postage and they charge £2.99 restocking fee! Wish I had looked at reviews first. I'll take further if no refund. May need a slow boat to China by the look of other reviews!!

I was taken in by their item description and photo, which was totally misleading. I received the item and knew without even opening the plastic wrapper that it was no good and was not what I had expected.
They refused a return, quoting their return policy and `hygiene' reasons.
BUT, on close reading, their Return Policy clearly states that bras and bra tops WILL be accepted as long as they are `in original state, unworn', etc
I wrote back, quoting this back to them, but still received a firm NO, for `hygiene reasons' because they have cannot prove I have not worn it.
I am pondering what to do. That is £29.99 down the drain -- I am 85, on limited income, and was simply trying to get a reasonable front-fastening bra because I was having trouble with my hands.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO. They are dishonest and just ripping people off.

Avoid this seller, they’re a dodgy drop shipper based in China. I ordered a bodysuit that looked completely different from what was advertised — wrong zipper, shorter leg length. When I raised it, they denied any fault, blamed “style variations,” and refused a refund unless I paid return shipping. They later admitted the product was different, then backtracked again. Cited hygiene policy to avoid accepting a return, even though the item was clearly not as described. Totally unprofessional and dismissive of consumer rights. Not worth the risk.

Terrible! I will never shop with CurvyPower again and I urge no one else too either!

Bought two bodysuits, their listings say they are eligible for return.

It took 3 weeks for them to arrive so I missed the even they were bought for. Never even opened the package, immediately emailed to ask to return them.

Was told that my items were not eligible for return as they had bras in them (which makes no sense) even though they were unopened in shipping packaging.

They are misleading customers on their website. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

They tried to “make it right” by offering a 30% discount on a future purchase, which is a joke as I will never buy from them again.

Commande passée le 21/03 et payée via PayPal. Le 03/03 toujours pas de colis, le numéro de suivi et de service client sont faux, après avoir ouvert un dossier de litige avec Paypal, le colis part enfin le 04/04. Aucune excuse ni explication de la part du vendeur. Même si j'ai fini par recevoir mon produit, l'ensemble de l'expérience est décevante et laisse vraiment penser à une arnaque. Je ne commanderai plus jamais.

Can not return but hey I could have a full store credit to buy more mis sized cheap rubbish, no thank you!!!

Then to be told I had discount so cannot be returned .
Buyers beware
