Items arrive late and with no labels. Ridiculously small sizes but basically impossible to return as no original labels.
Have to organise own postage if you wa t to return which is around £20. No refund available only store credit. Avoid avoid avoid

Par ailleurs, qualité très mauvaise, taille beaucoup trop petit par rapport à ce qui est indiqué. Je renvoie à mes frais, malgré relances et appels, je n’ai jamais été remboursée. Tres grosse arnaque, fuyez.

Absolutely terrible company add a discount and then when you try to return they say because of discount you can’t return as it was final sale ….also ordered my normal size and couldn’t even get past my knees (for reference I’m a medium and size 12) company’s a joke avoid at all costs

My experience with Curvy Power has been nothing short of a nightmare. Like many others who've given them a 1-star rating, I deeply regret ordering from this company.
I purchased shapewear from them (Order #AU1016287), only to find that neither item fit properly. This isn't just a sizing issue; the cut of the products was completely off, rendering them useless. Crucially, the material provided in no way offers compression, failing its fundamental purpose as shapewear. To make matters worse, the item described as "nude" was clearly yellow, a significant misrepresentation.
When I tried to return these unsuitable items for a refund, Curvy Power flat-out refused, citing a promotional discount code I used. They claim this makes the items "final sale." This stance blatantly ignores Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, regardless of a discount. A product that doesn't fit, provides no compression, or is misrepresented is simply not fit for purpose.
Their customer service is robotic and dismissive, repeatedly quoting their policy instead of addressing my rights under consumer law. It's clear they are happy to take your money but will fight tooth and nail to deny legitimate returns for ill-fitting, poorly described, and non-functional products.
Save yourself the headache and your money. Do not fall for their discounts or product descriptions. Their poor quality, misleading practices, and complete disregard for consumer rights make them a company to avoid. I am currently pursuing a dispute through my bank and consumer protection agencies.

Would be no stars if this were possible. Arrived around a week later than my wedding so of no use. Tried to fob me off with a discount code. Terrible returns policy which contradicts their own policy. Do not purchase!

Purchased a bra. Took weeks to arrive from China. Large would struggle to fit a teenager. Asked for a refund but do not offer sue to “hygiene” - never heard of this with a bra. Phone number on website does not work. Sham of a company

Sooooo wish I’d read the reviews of this before buying. DO NOT BUY !! The sizes don’t match what they say on their website then they push a discount code on you at the point of purchase as a welcome benefit. If u take the 10% discount it then invalidates any return. So essentially they force a discount code on you to give you a fraction off and then claim it was discounted and therefore they don’t accept discounted or sale returns. It’s a complete scam. AVOID at all costs.

Terrible company .AFTER RESEARCHING THEM THEY ARE BASED IN MOROCCO. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Long wait for delivery , if you use the discount code they will refuse a refund as “ it wasn’t full price”. Even if you paid full price they will charge you a £2.99 re stocking fee plus the cost of sending it back. The quality of the item is very very poor so AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Please avoid this website at all costs! Ordered a strapless bra and a body shaper, items took
weeks to come, tried to cancel the order as no longer needed due to the length of time it was taking to arrive. Customer service would not do this and advised I could not return! When the items arrived they were faulty and marked and of poor quality! When I again contacted with proof of images, they tried to say this had happened once dispatched! But offered myself a 30% discount for further products! The customer services of this company is appalling and total scammers! I am now left with two items that cost £50 which are only good for the bin!

I ordered an item that took way longer to arrive than stated and it was not suitable, they’re now refusing to accept my return and refund which is against the law, scam company, they’re offer an initial first time discount then say that’s reason for refusing a return, do not use this website!
