We ordered 2 sets of roman blinds, some matching cushions and a huge curtain for our bay window from these guys. The customer service was exceptional Abi was very helpful in choosing fabrics she was very kind and sent a variety of samples to ensure we were happy with our colour choices. When the products arrived they were exactly what we wanted, actually better they look amazing in our home and we are so happy! Cant wait to have our friends and family over to see them. Thank you so much for all your help with getting our order perfect. Two very happy customers.

Great products & service
I ordered thermal lined velvet curtains in sliver and teal for 2 rooms. They look beautiful, are great quality and a year later and haven’t bleached in the sun!

Company and staff were exceptional, not to mention their prices for both fabric and making. They were professional and reassuring from my first phone call to the completion of the whole of my new home. The delivery time frame and costs were almost half of a national company I approached . They provided suggestions, samples for fabric and 'header' finishes. I had Roman blinds and curtains. My home has a WOW factor. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

I ordered made to measure curtains early November with the agreement they’d be delivered in time for Christmas. In early December we contacted them and they advised us the fabric was out of stock. Initially disappointed we hadn’t been told sooner, the company was great and sent alternative fabric samples quickly. Incredibly, they got the curtains in the new fabric to us in time for Christmas. Can’t say fairer than that. However, as the new fabric was significantly cheaper than the original, we used their own online calculator and realised we were owed approx £360. Mike, at the company, agreed to this refund over the phone. We felt reassured and accepted they’d do this after the New Year as they must be super busy with this orders. Unfortunately, all our telephone calls and emails have since been ignored. It’s very frustrating and has tainted our online experience. We probably wouldn’t risk ordering from this company again. Great curtains but poor communication. Such a shame they’ve let themselves down.

I ordered two Emma Shipley Roman blinds, they arrived in good time, I unfortunately transposed the measurements of one blind incorrectly. I contacted customer service and sent the blind back to be altered. Throughout they were incredibly helpful and fantastic with communication. They amended my blind in super quick time and called me to confirm the pattern placement and to check I was happy with the measurements. I was so surprised they turned it around so quickly and even more surprised that they waived the charge. I can’t thank them enough! I’m so pleased with my blinds they look fantastic.

I have now used this company twice and on both occasions have been extremely happy with both the quality of the curtains and blinds and with the service received. If you telephone you do not get an automated answer like some companies, but a very helpful lady to talk to, who helped to rush through part of my order that I needed quicker than expected. Both the curtains and the blinds were very well made and have exceeded the quality of a company I have used before. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to family. They also gave me help when I had a measuring query.

I placed an order with them beginning of May and never heard anything from them after 28 days. Even after an email and telephone call I was none the wiser, however their sales director did get in touch with me directly after I complained. Once I had spoken to them my curtains were delivered quickly and were of excellent quality and I'm very pleased with them. The sales director took on board the lack of communication and I also received a partial refund.
Even though it was a rocky start I would use them again as for the price and the quality and the direct contact I received it would be worth it.

Quality of curtain fabric was OK and pattern as ordered but this is the first time I've ever seen a seem right in the middle of a curtain (very standard size). While they matched up the pattern OK, either they made the wrong size and corrected it or used ends of roll to make it. For this price that's awful. No communication at all when chasing where the product was, no responses, late delivery compared to estimate. It felt like my email prompted them to crack on and make it as it shipped (automated email) a few working days later.

I bought roman blinds from curtainsandblinds4homes and, as I was happy with the quality, I ordered wooden blinds. The only criticism would be that the company did not keep me informed about the progress of wooden blinds order and it took them 3 months to make it. However, I did not take away a star for this lateness/ lack of communication as blinds arrived are of really good quality for a very reasonable price. Thankfully, I was not in a rush. I placed my order on 2 April and, to date, apart from two automated replies (with terrible spelling!) to my earlier email enquiries I have received no communication at all. I have attempted to call on the telephone number provided on the website on several occasions with no luck whatsoever. It’s absolutely infuriating...
I have ordered and paid for a Made to Measure Roman Blind, and have checked the lead time for my order. The website indicates 15-28 days for process and shipment with a ‘top end’ estimate due to the pandemic. CurtainsandBlinds4homes have now exceeded that timeframe by 3 weeks. Despite two further emails I have received no response so Abi Stuart, if you read this review, please contact me as soon as possible to update. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the new blinds for my sons bedroom. The quality is excellent. The striped fabric has been lined up exactly so the stripe is perfectly straight from top to bottom. I knew there was a long lead time due to COVID at the time of ordering & communication was excellent. I highly recommend Curtains & Blinds 4 Homes.

I ordered some curtains for my Daughters bedroom early December. Cost was over £400 but designer fabric and big windows and a lot cheaper than I was quoted for the same elsewhere. They said 14 days and 2 days delivery and although one day over this they arrived Christmas Eve morning and were up in time for Christmas. Quality and craftmanship is second to none, beautiful curtains thank you so much. Emails were also answered promptly. Have 4 other rooms to get curtains for so will be ordering again.

I ordered made to measure roman blinds in Heaton Blush. They are quite literally faultless. I have therefore ordered two more blinds for my larger windows as I am so pleased with the results. The price was extremely competitive, but the quality is second to none.

I ordered made to measure Orla Kiely Linear Stem Whale curtains which arrived well within the advised timescales. On opening the box I could see that care and attention had been paid in packaging and once I got them out I could see that this quality extended to the curtains themselves. I have a large window so these curtains were not small but the quality and finish is second to none and I'm so pleased with the result. I supplied the measurements with my order and the curtains when hung were millimetre perfect. Credit where it's due - I wouldn't look elsewhere for curtains in future for both quality and price.
