Appalling experience. It took them nearly a month to tell me the fabric wasn’t in stock and I only found that out because I contacted them myself.

I would never recommend this company

I have 2 blinds now and the service, quality and end result are perfect.
I had made a mistake with my measurements but the company contacted me and we sorted out a resolution that worked beautifully.

I would recommend them 100%.

Ordered fabric expecting delivery within 2-3 working days. 2-3 months later it has still not arrived and i now have to request a charge back from my credit card company due to zero customer service or communication.

Their communications are not great but the service, blind and outcome were excellent, I would definitely return. I sent my own material to make a roman blind, it was extra wide and they naturally gave me an extra wide lining.
Price was very good and the fixings were good quality.
Sent to me nicely packaged.

The blind itself deserves 5 stars! I am absolutely delighted with it! The quality is fantastic and it is just what I ordered. A very good price too compared to other sites. I have dropped a star in my score as the updates and communication from the company were awful! My emails chasing the order were not replied too, the order took longer than expected and I was not kept informed. This was worrying at the time but the blind was worth it!

I’ve just received my curtains today and can honestly say they are excellent. Compared to the rest of the online curtains makers I find their prices reasonable and product well made. Last year I had an issue which was my fault concerning the lining of a Roman blind. I was asked to send it back at my cost but the blind was re lined and sent back to me within a week. Well done 👏👏

Says one thing but never does it, provides absolutely zero info on some products when rung and asked for info they are sure no problem we will email it out this afternoon but then they ignore you.

Basically seems they don't actually want your business and a buisness that doesnt seem interested in selling anything must be up to something dodgy. avoid!

I can not recommend this company enough. I have had many blinds and curtains made over the years with constantly moving house and this company make a superior quality roman blinds. From the fixings to the quality of the work. Always helpful and excellent delivery.

Excellent service, two beautiful roman blinds delivered within the time frame. Good price compared with five other outlets.

Poor customer service. Product isn’t great won’t do anything regarding it. The pattern runs out so unless you’re having a plain fabric I wouldn’t bother using this company.

This company have no regard for their customers. I placed an order and after three weeks requested an update, this email was completely ignored as were the several duplicate emails that followed. A month after the original order was placed I received an email telling me the fabric was out of stock and I would receive a refund. Very poor communication.

Really disappointed that I have paid money and sent my own fabric for blinds to be made over 3 weeks ago. I’ve requested via email, an update on delivery 3 times and can’t get through on the phone. Feel I’ve been ripped off at this point!

Beautifully made blinds, excellent workmanship and very competitively priced. My order was completed on time and delivered well packaged - they look beautiful and are perfectly pattern matched. Would definitely recommend.

I received two more lovely blinds from this company today. I can't recommend them enough - they are the best blinds I have ever had made. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are not great on communication but I would say be patient. I am looking forward to placing another order with them soon.

This is the third set of Roman blinds I have had made…excellent fit and quality of finish.i ordered the wrong lining with the third blind, I rang up to see if anything they could do.. Anna was amazing, she said they could change the lining for a small fee… which included return postage. All sorted within a week.Above and beyond customer service. Happy customer… I will definitely recommend this company. Thankyou.

Concerned! Placed my order, they took my money, I posted my fabric to the address provided.
A week later my fabric was returned as company not known.
Emailed got the same address but different co name and it was delivered to a closed door.
Emailed, as there's no phone no, asking had it been delivered? Two weeks on from placing the order, despite emails asking for confirmation that the fabric has been delivered I have no answer!
The jury's still out but the delay in response, no phone no, leaves me feeling nervous that I'll ever see my fabric again, let along receive my order.

Brilliant company! Very few will make blinds in the customers own fabric and I was so pleased to find you. I am thrilled with the two beautifully made blinds you made for me. They look gorgeous. You were competent and quick to finish them. Thank you!

I wanted some help, support and understanding. However I did not receive it. It will be a long time before my faith is restored

Hope nothing goes wrong with your order, otherwise C&B4H are utterly awful at customer service. Their courier dumped £600 curtains on the floor outside the front of my house (the courier even took a picture of their folly and yet I had to convince C&B4H that this was my door at the front of my house) and, low and behold, they went missing! But then, the way they handled the issue, was a) slow - had to chase day 3 after each of the 20+ messages into them over months and b) made to feel as though it was my problem when it was their courier that chucked the stuff on the floor outside the front of my house, which was the root cause of the entire sorry saga. Took near a couple of months to get resolution, which, as the Summer had passed and the nights were getting cold, meant we had to go out and buy other curtains to replace their "lost" ones! Even when everything was resolved, C&B4H didn't even have the courtesy to say sorry or compensate us for the time, let alone the additional cost of the curtains we were forced to buy, for errors that lay squarely with their supply chain.

Normally order my blinds from another big brand name but saw a material I loved but they didn't stock. Ordered from this company who were way cheaper then other companies who stocked the material I liked. The blinds are amazing, fit my windows perfectly and they are big windows but the join is invisible Definitely recommend will now be my go to company
