Smooth and Transparent Leasing Experience
I recently leased a vehicle through John McCreanney at Crusader Vehicles and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.
Costs, commission and expectations were explained clearly upfront, so there were no surprises. Communication was consistent and professional throughout, and everything happened when they said it would.
Even the delivery driver was friendly and helpful, which reflects well on the wider team. I also appreciated the follow-up after delivery to check everything was okay.
Overall, a smooth and well-managed experience. I would happily recommend John and Crusader Vehicles (of which I have to several family members and friends).

Good service.
Very easy to order, pricing was clear and easy to understand, full terms were clearly explained, clear communication throughout the process and regular follow ups and check ins. One star dropped as the car originally spec'd was not delivered but this was the dealerships fault, as the order from Crusader was clearly spec'd. Crusader dealt with this issue promptly and offered a few suggestions for resolution which were satisfactory to me. I would use Crusader in the future.

I first heard about crusader vehicles…
I first heard about crusader vehicles through a family member that had used them before at first I wasn’t Sure but until I started speaking to the staff that put my mind at rest they were the most helpful people. I could honestly say. I’ve been so pleased From start to finish I would highly recommend them if you was to purchase a Vehicle from crusader vehicles you wouldn’t bee disappointed

Adam was super helpful and…
Adam was super helpful and knowledgable. He gave me great, no pressure advice and kept me informed throughout the process. Cannot recommend enough. I have dealt with so many car sales men trying to find a car with a wheelchair accessible back and this was a cut above the rest. Great price on the car too!

A bad experience - BEWARE THEIR FEES
I recently ordered a new Kia PV5 through Crusader Vans. At the outset, everything was positive – I dealt with Josh Chipps, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The deal looked good, I placed the order, and paid the £199 + VAT contract processing fee. At that stage, all seemed straightforward.
Unfortunately, shortly afterwards I had a personal issue arise which meant the van was no longer suitable for me to lease, so I needed to cancel the order. This is where you really find out what a company is like.
I was informed that cancelling would incur a £350 + VAT cancellation fee. To be fair, Crusader Vans did offer to offset the original £199 + VAT processing fee against this as a gesture of goodwill, so the amount was slightly reduced. However, a cancellation fee of over £350 + VAT still feels very steep, and it is not something that is made particularly clear at the start of the process.
I’m sure the response to this will be that it’s “in the terms and conditions” – and yes, technically it is – but realistically very few people read every line of small print in full when ordering a van. I think this is the kind of cost that should be highlighted far more clearly upfront.
I will pay the outstanding balance simply because I don’t have the time or inclination to fight it, but I felt it was important to let others know that once you sign on the dotted line, you are effectively committed to the £199 + VAT admin fee and a £350 + VAT cancellation fee if circumstances change.
As a result of this experience, Crusader Vans have not only lost me as a customer, but I’ve also advised a friend who was looking to upgrade a fleet of vans to look elsewhere. It’s disappointing, as the sales experience started off well, but the cancellation policy has left a very sour taste.

We’re sorry that a change in your circumstances meant the order could not proceed. The cancellation fee was set out in the order documentation and contract process that was accepted at the point of order, and it was applied in line with those agreed terms.
Once an order is placed, there are genuine administrative and third-party costs involved in progressing both the vehicle and the finance arrangements. In this case, we did apply discretion by offsetting the original processing fee against the cancellation charge to reduce the overall amount payable.
While we appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you had hoped for, we thank you for sharing your experience.

this is my 5th van from crusader , really pulled all the stops out this time, as I had a vehicle written off and they got a new one to me within 5 days on the lead up to xmas !!

Amazing service as always
I am very pleased with the over all service from Crusader Vehicles. This is our 4th vehicle from them. A minor hiccup along the way with a seat belt malfunction from the manufacture but josh was very helpful and communicated thoroughly through the slight delay. I would highly recommend to all :)
