Excellent Service from Kelly at Crusader
I had a fantastic experience dealing with Kelly at Crusader when arranging my new Mercedes GLE. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful.
What really stood out was how accessible Kelly was throughout the entire process. She was always just a phone call or email away, and I could contact her directly without having to jump through hoops or go through different departments. Having that direct line of communication made everything so much easier and gave me real peace of mind.
The whole process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about customer service and makes themselves available whenever you need them.
I’m really pleased with the vehicle and the overall experience. A massive thank you to Kelly for making everything so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Crusader to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Unfortunately very poor experience with crusader poor communication poor service. I would not recommend crusader leasing. AVOID . ..UPDATE I still have not received any finance documents no explanation from crusader van leasing unfortunately shall not be using this broker again

We understand there were issues with the vehicle handover and outstanding finance documentation, and appreciate the frustration these have caused.
Whilst the vehicle handover was carried out by a third-party delivery company and the finance documentation is managed by the finance provider, our team has remained in contact and provided assistance and guidance on how to obtain the outstanding documents.
We take customer service seriously and always aim to provide a professional and straightforward experience. We believe our team has acted appropriately throughout and made every effort to assist with the concerns raised.

They were polite, the transaction to buy a vehicle was very smooth and easy. Picking up the vehicle all paperwork was done efficiently and in good time. I would go to them again .

Dan went out of his way to find the…
Dan went out of his way to find the spec I wanted. Within 30 minutes he’d located the Kia PV5 in CityScape Green which was in high demand. Finance arranged, delivery date secured, van delivered on time.

Best Deal Ever
I have had a great experience with Crusader Vans and with kevin Hampton in particular. I was intially looking to purchase second hand but was also looking to run my first electric van. Kevin could not have been more supportive and patient as I looked into all the options. Eventually I settled on a nearly new Kia PV5 and told Kevin I had an offer he wouldn't beat. He did! He matched the price of my nearly new with a brand new! And I am now a proud owner of a Kia PV5.
My searching took me through a number of different optons and they worked patiently with me until I could come to the best solution for my business. I was greatly helped by not being put under pressure to buy.
I will recommend Crusader vans to my friends and colleagues. They have been great.
