We often compare *many* cruises and he happily helps us with that, whereas agents with a different website often got grumpy during our past booking attempts.

I called Cruises.com, my TRAVEL AGENT to get assistance with buying a transfer from the airport to the pier and back again. Was not offered an opportunity to buy the transfer at the time of booking on their website. I couldn't login (scary, no?) and got a message to call. The rep told me to take an Uber because he could not sell me a transfer. What use is a travel agent if I have to call the cruise line myself for everything?

We had to cancel due to a child illness. I spoke to one representative that told me they have the ability to waive the cancelation fee since I'd been a previous customer and had never canceled before. Since the cruise was booked by my husband, I was told he'd have to call back and complete the cancelation....when he did the representative would not honor the waiver request stating we should have bought the insurance. We will never book through this company again.

Kiki was very helpful in setting up a cruise for some first time cruisers with budget and scheduling limitations. She was very friendly and professional and got it all set up.

I had to talk to different people in cruise.com to get the best cruise trip with my dates and finance. They were all very helpful especially Ms Krista did a great job even staying after her duty time explaining and helping to find the best cruise.

Website was easy to use. All of the requirements were straightforward and simple to fill in.

I booked 2 cabins and they need to be paid separately. I paid for the first room and while paying for the second one, apparently they had some technical issues what costed a delay and the price when up for $200. According to them, the prices come directly from the cruise line so it was nothing to be done about it. Horrible. It cost me more money.

Cruises.com is a rip-off. I booked my flight throught the cruise line directly. When Cruises.com found out they demanded $280 fee which I refused to pay so they threatened to cancel my cruise, which I had already paid for and said they are going to charge me a cancellation fee even though the contract says no cancellation fee for another week. Cruises.com said that in the fine print, the deadlines are a week earlier and they have the right to cancel my trip, that I paid for, because I refuse to pay a 10% booking fee they added to flights that they did not set up, I did not order through them, and they had no part in.

I booked a Norwegian cruise and really needed help with the Black Friday promotions and Jeannie was so knowledgeable and helpful!
