From enquiry to booking Jess took care of all we needed, she was amazing, took us through all the layouts of the deck and ship, and explained everything well, she found us a room in the right area, and did the same when our friends decided to book the same cruise,
I can’t thank Jess enough, she made it an easy process throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend the company especially Jess.

Almost all of my cruises are now booked with The Cruise Line and my go-to person is Jess. Unfailingly cheerful, friendly and provides superb service.
