Customer service person i've spoken to in a long time.You should be very proud to have her working for you and your company! She found where I'd double ordered the book and did not hesitate to explain to me that she was going to give me a refund for one, and she was going to get your support team to give me a new code, to get into the digital book that I'd order back in July, it's just so nice to know that there are still honest and caring, sweet and pleasant people like Vanessa. Vanessa, great customer service.
I called to ask about multiple monthly charges from an account I thought I had canceled. She researched and found many charges from 2 additional accounts since my canceled account was closed. She assured me that I wouldn't be charged again.

Satisfaction guarantee for sure
It was a wonderful expierience for me! I had a problem getting logged into the program, so I thought (it was my fault the whole time lol). Customer service communicated very well and were persistent. I ended up speaking with Ann she awesome by BTW! She was very patient thru my idiot moments. Very knowledgeable and overall very helpful. What went wrong is, I was forwarded to the Scoresense website and when I tried to return to start the process, I cant find your webpage, with no contact infurmation im very displeased essentially liding all hope in your system tvat i paid for including the automatic app which is gone, is there anyone to help me? 1. Go to creditsecrets.com and click Sign In.
2. If you cannot log in, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
3. If you were forwarded to ScoreSense, close your browser, clear your cache, then return to creditsecrets.com and sign in again. Sometimes the redirect clears after a fresh session.
If that does not work, please contact our Customer Success Team so we can resolve this immediately. Our team will escalate and confirm everything for you.
