At first, when I tried ordering online, my card kept declining even though there was money in the account. I called the support number and was able to order the physical copy and got access to the digital copy as well. The representative was very helpful. Now, in 7-10 business days, I will start on my journey to improving my credit.

SCAM
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I was charged $188 with NO problem, BUT I could not log in; I could not get my password updated; and I received absolutely nothing but credit reports that I could have gotten for free. I was unable to talk to anyone AND I sent SEVERAL emails and fair warning for poor service and NO product. ALSO, if you NEED more info, check the emails I sent with screenshots of what I was charged AND my inability to log in. THAT should be enough "info" for you.

You emailed us on a Sunday, when our customer support is closed. You demanded a refund because "No support was available by phone on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 1:44pm."

Outstanding customer service
I spoke with a wonderful, very friendly, efficient lady who listened to me babble on far longer than she needed too. She fixed the problem right away, and stayed on the phone with me until she knew it was working. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name because I was to wrapped up in my own issues, which she was so gracious about.
