I had an issue with my order, or so I thought, but come to find it was a classic case of user error and ADHD. I had bought this product over a year ago and, instead of charging my credit card a second time, I was refunded for the second purchase.

Any trial offered is clearly disclosed before enrollment and is never required to work the Credit Secrets program itself. I had a problem with my bank rejecting…
I had a problem with my bank rejecting the charge for my protection and resulted in my losing my acceptance. When I finally got the bank to clear the account it was too late, however, I called the CS number and explained the problem and, unlike so many co's, they reinstated my application, re-attempted the charge and approved my purchase.

The start up with credit secrets
I just got the credit secret so far so good except that I think that I saw that for the money I is just for 14 days I'm hoping what I saw is incorrect and that this company is going to be great i will review them again in a few days but they did supply me with information or the paper's to send the 3 credit bureaus and I'm going to give reviews on the credit secrets as I go and give them a honest review as well they deserve

Customer service person i've spoken to in a long time.You should be very proud to have her working for you and your company! She found where I'd double ordered the book and did not hesitate to explain to me that she was going to give me a refund for one, and she was going to get your support team to give me a new code, to get into the digital book that I'd order back in July, it's just so nice to know that there are still honest and caring, sweet and pleasant people like Vanessa.
