I had such a great experience with Cray Norton Estate Agents when buying my property, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
From the very beginning, their communication was brilliant. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel so much easier by keeping me updated every step of the way. They were always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions I had.
What really made a difference was how proactive they were - regularly staying in touch with my solicitor and making sure everything kept moving along smoothly. It honestly took a lot of the pressure off.
A big shout out to Darren and Archie, who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well.

Cray and Nortons are a genuine and most trusted family agents with ample experience and excellent customer service skills. What distinguishes them from other agents in my opinion is, the fact that they empower the customers to make judgemental decisions by only providing the available options and sufficient time to think about their choices ( no hard sale approach). They have a great team of partners around them to facilitate the buying process. A special mention goes to Darren and Archie for their professional approach and empathy. They both are always available and proactive to find solutions to the challenges I faced through out the process. The way they chase the cases and provide updates on a timely manner is exceptional.

I had sold my property through a small estate agent in a timely and efficient manner. Unfortunately I attempted to purchase three times through large estate agents and was frustrated by extremely poor service and communication leading to three failed purchases. Probably because they couldn't sell me this and that. Fortunately on the fourth attempt I purchased through Cray and Norton. They had extensive knowledge of the area and the property and any gaps were addressed by email the next day. All enquiries answered within 24 hours. Responsive communication through them to the seller of the property. Needless to say the sale progressed to a speedy conclusion to the satisfaction of all parties due to Archie and Darren being proactive at every stage. Due to the service differential I'm sure this agent will continue to thrive even in this tough market.
