it arvie very late and packaged bag spil with some chemical liquid
by DPD transit
dispatch time too long after I send e-mail request. it's a bad experience.

Extremely slow delivery
Product was exactly what I ordered and worked but took about a month to arrive!
I can get exactly the same item on a 3 day turnaround for an extra fiver.
Sometimes saving just a few quid ain’t worth it.

I asked for the receipt many times (3)…
I asked for the receipt many times (3) as I had picked up in preson the product as I was passing their outlet.
I awaited many days to have this receipt reach into my Email. It never arrived, so had to ring up twice to see where the receipt was?? and why it was not sent. Told it had been sent but I had been checking my junk and email and I never saw it. Until the 3rd time of ringing up to the shop did the email then arrive into my inbox. I stayed on the phone line till it arrived in my inbox.. I did not want to re ring for the 4th time asking the receipts whereabouts!!!...apart from this issue (of the receipt was part of the guarantee) I had good service in the shop where the guy in the shop brought the heavy heater out to my car and put it in my car. Thanks.

I can see that your invoice was sent in reply to your first email 2 minutes after we received the email.
The invoice was then sent again as you advised you didn't receive it.
