Delivery times not great
Ordered my products. Didn’t get posted for 8 days. Then waited a further 8 days for the delivery to say going back to sender a problem with your parcel. No idea why it got returned to seller, they never even attempted delivery.
I did get refunded after I called them and it landed back at Craigmore.
The company seems to stock a lot of stuff but with the delivery was poor for me.

Easy navigable website, despatched on time at a very competitive price.
Unfortunately arrived a day late (DPD) not the shops fault, but offered a full postage refund without fuss.

Great price for a great product
Great price for a great product, would have been better if when the order was placed we knew when it would be delivered, although this wouldn’t deter from purchasing again.

Thank you for your review. Delivery time for orders is advised on the product pages. The tracking number you receive in your shipment email will allow you to track with the courier for a delivery day.

I can see that your email sent on 02/01 was responded to on 02/01. Your second email sent on Friday night was replied to first thing on Monday morning.
The second response we sent had tracking details for your order. Your order was dispatched within the time advised on the product page.
