Delivery on time as promised

Delivery of goods was quick & on time also updated on progress throughout the order.

We ordered a purple leaf gazebo and it arrived very quickly in 5 big boxes.

I spoke to a lovely Irish lady who had a lovely manner over the phone when I had a small query.

I must admit we were a bit daunted with the instruction book and all the different components. But on the first day, all went well with the frame work.

However, a note to others. Make sure you have the framework square measuring from corner to corner diagonally because if it's not square, fitting the top roof proves to be a bit of a nightmare.

Also, we found that by leaving off the side clips on the corrugated sheets helps the screw holes line up better.

There are 4 screw holes high up in the middle of section 5/6 and 3/4 that are very difficult to access. Best advice is to unscrew one end of the bug netting in the top roof to get closer access.

Once up this is a lovely gazebo but really it needs three people to errect it.

Came in one week excellent service. Arrived in good condition.

Delivery company just left in on my doorstep though I was at home. Did not knock the door or ring bell.
