Craigmore Online
Was looking for a Karcher K7 Smart Contol as I had seen the excellent reviews. An expensive item though so I did my research and found Craigmore Online to be the most competitive. I had not used or heard of them before so I did honestly have some reservations. However, I could not have been more pleased with the service received. Once ordered, it took about a week but was kept informed once it had been shipped and when I could track the order. Everything was good when received and it’s a terrific machine. I would not hesitate in using Craigmore again or recommending them.

They kept us up to date on delivery times. Product was priced competitively. They even made sure we registered for the extra five year warranty. I need some more bits for my Karcher and will definitely use them again.

Delivery service has put me off further orders.
The online ordering experience was fine, I was pleased with the competitive pricing and my order arrived within a couple of days. Regrettably, the delivery experience was anything but satisfactory: the parcel was left outside the house in the pouring rain, no attempt was made to knock or let us know it was there - even though we were in and waiting for it. To make matters worse the box had been opened and the contents thoroughly explored even down to opening the small boxes/bags inside and the parcel was dumped open end down in a puddle and the instruction manual was floating in the same puddle having fallen out. The manual is fortunately available online so no big deal and it appears that everything has been delivered. I would have refused delivery if the courier had knocked but I opened the door just in time to see him drive off down the road. I would make a couple of suggestions:
1. Package the goods in something that obscures the nature of the contents: sending expensive items out in the original manufacturer's box is inviting investigation by the unscrupulous. A bit of brown paper and parcel tape won't break the bank and can be recycled with the cardboard box.
2. Use a courier that takes a bit more pride in their customer service.
In view of the recent bad weather I have not had the chance to use my purchase yet, but hopefully all will be complete and work satisfactorily when I do.

Everything was so easy as well as a quick delivery. Ordered a Karcher K5 and it was delivered within 48 hours. Plus we got an additional guarantee period by purchasing from Craigmore

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolute Disaster of a Company.
Absolute Disaster of a company. Ordered a SIP fuel transfer pump as per the description on the website. The pump arrived with a shorter than advertised delivery hose. Despite numerous e-mails and much discussion and countless requests for a phone conversation which they point blank refuse to call anyone back - we are no further forward - they will not refund any cost towards a longer hose, they will not accept liability, they claim they are in the right when even SIP directly have said they are advertising old and out of date information. The pump was also due to arrive in 2-3 days and took over 10 days to arrive. Absolute disaster of a company - avoid at all costs for a simple hassle free life.....
