The youth headgear set did not come…
The youth headgear set did not come with a magnetic cloth which I was told specifically when I asked. Is the old style. You should let me know before that. I specifically ask to have the magnetic opening. Good received is not the same.

I emailed to request that my order not…
I emailed to request that my order not be sent until a certain date as I was away overseas. It was sent, was supposedly delivered but there is no sign of it when I arrived back. I emailed to complain and request another order be sent.So far no response.
