Deplorable experience with customer service.
The representative I spoke with on 16 April 2026 was condescending and laughed at me before I could explain the predicament that led me to call for assistance.
It wasn't until I burst into tears that the representative stopped their mocking behaviour and let me speak.

When I ordered air mini, I emailed you to ask free deluxe travel case. You replied that you have added it to order air mini, so I bought air mini from you. I didn’t expect I haven’t got the deluxe travel case, when I received my delivery.

The personal care demonstrated by the CPAC consultant who answered all my inquiries and added more advice when relevant! She advised on what equipment was needed to replace my Resmed and programmed the new machine perfectly as I have used it with sound sleeping for three weeks. Well done!

I ordered F&P mask cushions on line. I live 500km North West of Sydney. At first I was told to expect delivery in 10-15 days. Imagine my surprise when I actually received it only 4 business days after ordering.
I received exactly what I wanted, No errors. I have also since, received other unsolicited information re caring for my model of CPAP, which I considered BONUS info. Very much appreciated. Will be a returning customer. (I only gave 4 stars because I don't want my praise to go to their head)

Good quick service

I placed a click & collect order. A week later still had not heard that order was ready. I went into the Parramatta CPAP store to inquire on the order, products were available and collected it. If I had not proactively gone into the store to inquire about it, I don't know whether it would have been fulfilled. It would have been quicker in the end to have it shipped.
