Camping battery 👍
Finally got a battery for my CPAP that goes the distance camping. Lightweight and compact which is what I needed. Delivery time was good with great communication.

The straps I got for my mask are small…
The straps I got for my mask are small it says they are all one size, and the front straps twist when sleeping. , I have to undo the straps reset and try to get back to sleep. may be better if I just go to a store instead of online

Not happy with the new mask
Not happy with the new mask. Love the pillows, they're an improvement, but invariably the mask comes off during the night. The single strap slides up no matter how tight I make it. Just not trustworthy.

Professional company doing the right thing.
Ordered new. machine and got it two days later all the way from Queensland, not bad.
Had a problem with the humidify which with one phone was sorted out.

my incorrect ordering replaced quickly with the correct item.
I ordered the wrong item which i returned to Cpap direct and very quickly was sent the correct item at no additional cost.

A very good experience
Very helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure I had a variety of masks to trial before purchasing. Any questions were answered and there were plenty of online resources to get started, in addition I got a great deal on my final purchase and a very generous gift voucher. Overall a very good experience.

Extremely comfortable with the service it was given to me by the representative cost was reasonable delivery was excellent compared to rez met their self or other representatives of them which would encourage you never to buy their equipment with the service they offer however cpap direct was a total different and a pleasure to work with.
