I wanted a trial machine so went in store to arrange. $249 for the month including 3 mask options I had asked to trial & the particular machine F&P was also available to trial (which was brand new). I had one phone message to touch base from the team, 1 week in, but I was managing well and didn’t need to have extra support. Didn’t end up buying a brand they stocked, as I did further of my own research. So I lost the $100 credit that I could have accessed towards a new unit purchase. Returned equipment when due, when I received sms reminder, then I had to call them to determine what cleaning was needed. You would think with Covid & any Other respiratory germs, you’d need to do something?! Nope “just pop them all in the bag with the machine”. No way as a nurse I can’t do that, went back in separate plastic bags after disinfecting. Upon returning to shop, they didn’t ask anything or any feedback or at least not trying on any sales pressure. A bit more information (cleaning, handout etc) would be good.

My face mask Res Med air fit F 20 keeps disengaging during the night. The clips are nor secure to prevent them uncoupling. Result is little sleep as side leaks dehydrates mouth. It is a non magnetic clip but needs much better clips (not magnetic ones)

Adam was excellent and gave amazing customer service. Explained everything clearly. Helped with any queries and mask changes during the month trial and made the whole process a breeze. Very happy with my purchase and feeling the benefits already. Highly recommend.

This is the second attempt, to get this business to cooperate with my warranty issues. They keep telling me the warranty has expired, and they refuse to replace it. I have reminded them, that under Australian consumer law they have to replace it, the warranty means nothing. They just keep hiding behind the warranty, they disregard the law they know the law and they know they have to replace it. I will never give them my business ever again, they have totally lost me for good.
