Overall a great product
Overall a great product and really happy.
We found customer service a little tricky on the chat but our issue got resolved in the end.
We did also have a few foot marks appear on the tarpaulin the first time we put it up. Didn’t bother us but might bother others. Doesn’t distract from the quality of the product though.
Quick shipping especially as did come from India.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Poor quality service, there was a lot of hassle to get the item as design team kept asking for measurements which had already been provided multiple times, and when the cover finally arrived it was very poor quality. Dreadful experience.

Helpful, great quality!
I have previously ordered covers for my umbrella and bar stools. They were excellent quality so I ordered a cover for our pizza oven. The designer sent a couple of ideas and I said that I would go with what they thought. I’m very pleased with the outcome one. They got the logo perfectly for it too.

They gave amazing attention to detail
They gave amazing attention to detail. I began to think they were overthinking everything but honestly the results are just fantastic and they have made a wonderful, completely on the money, great looking cover. They had to deal with a tricky 3D shape with various anomalies as we have a cold tub with handles and pipes coming out at odd angles. Well done you great company of artisans and we would have absolutely no difficulty in fully recommending you all.
