I am with CovaU and having great experience so far including their prices amd customer service as well.

Guillia was great! She helped me for a long time and was really patient and thorough.

Angelo was very attentive to my enquiry& was able to confirm I was on the lowest rate for gas.
Couldn't ask for anything more.

Today I had a really great experience with the CovaU chat support team. I hade inadvertently made an error in my application for a new connection. I contacted the live chat support and the response was super quick! My concerns were sorted out and settled quickly.

The customer service assistant went above and beyond to help resolve which took some time due to third party outages, I was very impressed regarding how I was kept informed along the way and the response time was super fast. Highly reccomend.

My issue was resolved

Had an issue with wanting to change my gas plan with CovaU and Alvin was very patient and polite when the problem was more my end - after some emails we got to the solution with the new plan - and Alvin was very proactive to get the change enabled quickly

After having my bill analysed I found my existing plan should have been cheaper. I rang the support line and the operator was very helpful in finding me a discounted rate. I look forward to seeing the improved rate in my next bill. Thank you!

Staff are always friendly and helpful and address any concerns. I have never had to wait on hold and am put through to a real person straight away. Best experience of a utilities provider out of any I've been with.

I spoke with Rhitzie this morning. Rhitzie was very helpful as I could not download my account. When I went into the PDFall I saw was pages with a grey background and the tiniest of writing which could not be read. Rhitzie was able to fix this problem for me and she sent me a copy of my latest account which is due on 26 February. I also had to change my credit card details as I have a new credit card. Rhitzie was very kind and very helpful and I was so relieved that she was able to fix my problem and she sent me a new PDF so that I was able to then print out my account. I do hope that I do not have a problem downloading my account in the future. Rhitzie has a lovely clear voice and she speaks so well and clearly. Rhitzie is a bonus to you business. Y

My recent experience with the CovaU contact centre was very positive. I was connected to an operator in less than 30 seconds. After explaining my problem, the issue was checked and resolved. The customer service was polite and professional.

The staff members was very helpful knowledgeable kept informed at all times and is assisting with my issues and I am very satisfied with the outcome
