Good customer service but was not aware of monthly charge
I was just looking at my credit card charges and noticed several $20 charges for courtrecord.com. i called and talked to customer service, sorry don't remember her name. She said i did a back ground check on my daughter and granddaughter back in September. I do not remember doing this but if there was a free 7 day trial i might have did it. But i do not remember seeing that i was going to be charged $20 a month after that. I would appreciate if i could get a refund of the amount i was charged. It was very easy to cancel this and the person i talked to was very helpful

We offer free reports through a 7-day trial to anyone who signs up, and on our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll into a subscription to be billed monthly for $24.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge they read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms, as well.
We can confirm that your account has already been refunded by one of our support agents. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They did not produce court records that exist for a current case. I was trying to avoid driving to the court. This is Superior court in Maine.i.e. not a small district court....AND then they had the nerve to charge me a monthly fee...EVEN after cancelling.
