Recently bought and collected our Bailey Phoenix caravan from Couplands Caravans at Worksop. The sale went through easily with the help of Mark and on the day of collection Alan went through everything in the caravan. Excellent service and would highly recommend

From looking at caravans to buying the one we chose, Matt Johnson the sales man was brilliant going above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Cannot fault Couplands lovely experience from start to finish.

I have used Couplands for servicing for the last 6 years on my 2012 van. It went in for service in February and some damp was found. This is when the fun started, they said they needed to assess it to give me an estimate. Three weeks later they still had the van and no sign of an estimate and told me that they were still assessing it. During that period I did keep phoning them only to be given a load of feeble excuses. I did eventually go in and a was given a very long winded explanation of the problem, I was told to take the van away and they would prepare the estimate and contact me which they never have despite being given the reminders. They also told that they needed some new parts to do the job but told me that the parts were no longer available, which turned out to be completely untrue as the company who eventually did the repair acquired the parts form Swift without any problems. I am at a total loss as to understand why I have received this treatment, definitely not impressed

Recently bought our 2 berth caravan from Worksop. Alan was outstanding with his knowledge of caravans. Emily is an asset to the company in the accessories dept and to mark and David thank you for your help.

Couplands is a great company/caravan dealership to work with. Bought our ideal 2 berth caravan sterling continental 480. Was miles for us to travel from New Quay Wales, but well worth it. James was very professional, approachable and friendly. Penny on reception/shop sales was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Exchanged our van for a newer model, they said they found water stains on van so reduced the price they said they would give us. We picked our new van up some weeks later being assured it would be ready as it was not a new one. As soon as we got to camp we noticed quite a lot of problems with it, broken grill, door on fridge not closing and many more, we took it back for them to do it, we drove home and some weeks late they delivered it. We took it back out after a couple of weeks, all looked ok, but one night we heard a bang and the pump kicked it in, we found the pipe at the back of the shower had come off ( one of the jobs of repairs to do) fix a lose shower tap, there was water behind the panels in the bathroom and under the floor into the awning, we pushed it back on but 3 more times it did this then we paid a engineer to come out, he fixed it and said it wasn’t put on properly. Now I have a van with water staining caused by couplands, the very same people who gave me less for mine because of this and have caused the same on my new van, I contacted them but nothing no communication. I will never use this company again or recommend them.

Had an issue with the lock barrel on our caravan whilst on holiday. Called Couplands in Lincoln and explained the issue. The lady we spoke to (Penny) was so helpful, and after checking with her colleagues then rang us back with details that their service engineer may be able to help us. We went to the branch, and on speaking to Penny, she produced the part we needed as they had searched and found the last one. I would gladly travel to this site in future for parts and spares if I ever needed to.

Purchased our first caravan nearly 2 years ago Excellent service from start to present, any issues resolved instantly & advise given via telephone as we were new to caravaning. Just had new window fitted under warranty. Very helpful and friendly staff who certainly go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend.

We bought our Swift Lifestyle caravan from Couplands and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you to Dave and Oz our salesman who gave great service throughout our experience. I even got the steps I wanted! :) The caravan was ready for when we arrived and was spotless inside and out and set up ready to go through everything. Alan gave us a brilliant handover everything was shown and thoroughly explained to us. We forgot our towing mirrors and they even gave us some to borrow to get us home! Fab service and will recommend to friends and family! Thank you guys! 👍🏻

Had a damp problem with our caravan which Worksop Couplands have dealt with for us.
Cannot thank the team enough, from the girls in the office to the guys in the workshops who did the repair and to Wayne who went that extra mile!

Excellent Worksop Branch: We took our Bailey Phoenix in to the Worksop branch for a few minor adjustments/ repairs (under warranty) yesterday and were delighted with the customer service and expertise of the staff (particularly Mel and John- but all the staff we met in after-sales, the workshop and the accessories shop were helpful and professional). They went out of their way to get things fixed whilst we were there and when we asked for advice on a couple of things we got clear, helpful responses. Highly recommended!

Have just taken delivery of a new coachman VIP 575 we cannot thank the staff enough. They were all friendly and couldn’t do enough to help when required. Even our old four legged little lady was made very welcome with fresh water to drink and a treat while we waited. From visiting to place our order to collection yesterday we found the experience to be the best we’ve had over the years when collecting a new caravan ( this is our 5th, but previous ones have been Swift) Thank you all.

Just picked up our used Bessacarr 560 from Couplands Caravans. We visited their site on 3 occasions prior to choosing this van and each time the staff, Glenn and Lee-Ann, were very helpful and informative. Lee-Ann looked after the sale in a very professional manner and the whole experience was excellent.
The van was handed over by Adrian whose experience in the industry showed. He went through everything explaining the operation of all the equipment.
From the sales staff to the workshop staff nothing was too much trouble even when I asked if I could purchase 2 black decals for the a frame, which were a little worn on our van, they were replaced within minutes at no charge.
Thanks also to Glenn for sorting out a motor mover.
Would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new or used van.

Just to say a big Thankyou to Couplands as while away with our caravan had a problem with toilet flush a chap in workshops talked to me and eventually found problem of siezed pump motor

Bought new caravan arranged for collection 19 April 12.30, left us sat waiting in the shop in deckchairs until 1.15. Eventually someone rolled up to take us through PDI. All good with PDI, so went to sort paperwork out, then it turned SOUR. Dan said that our caravan had a bit off damp, ok that’s fine let’s have a look. Only tested the wrong caravan 😡 then they had the nerve to accuse us of driving round with the toilet full. Eventually got to our caravan yes it had a got a bit off damp but it was clear in August when last serviced. They could not give us a price for the repair. By this time we had been there 3 1/2 hours not happy. My caravan has been butchered by these people, I can now to Dot to Dot with all the holes. We have taken our caravan to a repair centre and they cant believe where they have tested with there damp meter, plus the damp is not as bad as they made it out to be. DON’T GO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CARAVAN BUTCHERED

Couplands have helped us a few times over the last few months helping us get to know our caravan brilliant staff, but id like to say a big thankyou to danny who could'nt of been any more helpful by setting up our tracker, would definitely reccommend them. Big thankyou from me

Just purchased a brand new caravan from Couplands Caravans. From first seeing the caravan to picking it up on hand over day, they have been brilliant ! Adam is a true gentleman and nothing is too much trouble. Well done team Couplands !!!!

Friendly staff, good level of parts in stock, but nearly £16 for an un branded break away cable? Extortionate!

Dealing with this company was simply a pleasure from first looking at our new caravan. No pressure simply lots of information and all the staff we spoke to had all of the information in their head. We were kept informed about how our delivery was progressing, advised to arrive at 930 and discovered our caravan being washed. All of the staff at Louth were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we received loads of information on the handover lots of which we had never previously been told! Everyone from the reception, shop, workshop staff looked genuinely happy and made our experience a pleasure. Only minor gripe was no one told us before arrival that we got 10% discount in the shop for 6 months, but we still managed to take advantage whilst we waited for handover. Just wish all our major purchases went this way.
