Absolutely fantastic experience with Coupland Louth. From start to finish, the service was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. A special mention has to go to Adam, who was brilliant throughout and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

We’re delighted with our Trekker 540 motorhome and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Adam’s knowledge, patience and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was a genuine priority.

A huge thank you to Adam and all the team at Coupland Louth. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorhome and will definitely be returning in the future. Fantastic service from a fantastic team! 🚐👏

We went to the Worksop branch to look at, with view to buy a caravan. We dealt with Chris one of the sales execs and another chap who went through the different types of awnings and starter kits with us.

Right from the start they were awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We would have loved to buy from them but they couldn't get the specific model we wanted, a Bailey Pegasus Brindisi black edition, as its end of year stock and there are only about 4 new vans on sale in the UK...well 3 now 😆.

Will definitely use them for all of our accessories and servicing and really sorry we couldn't buy from them. Genuinely helpful chaps, thank you.

After making an appointment to view a used motorhome we drove over a hundred miles to find the vehicle waiting for us. Adam was very helpful and answered any questions we had including some information on where the motorhome had come from. After we agreed on a price for the motorhome (which included a part exchange price for our motorhome) a date was set for collection. There were a couple of issues with the motorhome that were noted during the viewing, these issues were dealt with before collection and we have now enjoyed our first trip away and were pleased to find our new motorhome a pleasure. Many thanks to Adam for his assistance (Adam contacted us before collection to confirm collection was on track), and to Mathew who was with us on the collection day to ensure all was well.

A massive thankyou to the service team at Couplands Worksop branch. Their customer service, support and workmanship is second to none. Our caravan went in for an annual service , and an insurance repair. With the heatwave we added the fitting of air con. Linda and the team( Dave. Jake and Pete) collectively made this happen for us ( even with the shortage of air con units). These lovely people are customer focused, down to earth but professional. Thankyou once again. Even when we were leaving a member of the sales team came out of the office and stopped the traffic in order for us to get out safely. This company shows true courteous service ( not often seen these days). We will definitely be doing service with this team again.

After taking our servicing on a couple of years ago due to a local company closing couplands of Worksop have been fantastic. In particular Bridget has been outstanding and given superb customer service. Always prompt, factual and gone the extra mile to supprt our needs.

Again I would recommend them to any people Who are involved with this leisure past time.

After scouring the Internet with no luck for a spare part for a flojet water pump I phoned Couplands. My description of the part was a bit muddled over the phone so I took it into the accessories shop where Jenny went above and beyond to supply me with the correct part. I can't thank her enough and would genuinely recommend Couplands for their first class service.

I am now on my second caravan (2021 & 2025 ) from Couplands and am sat in it which prompted me to write this thank you.
Sally Glen and their team are a family business which offer a service rarely found these days.
They may not always be the cheapest but what you’re buying is a caravan and a family of people that will support you through your ownership. The service team, the warranty team especially are organised and fair and go out of their way to help you which let’s face it, buying a van is the easy part, being look afterwards is the hard part and couplands excel in this area so from us, a big thank you. You will not be disappointed!!

Just purchased a Swift Conqueror 560 from Couplands Worksop. Viewed and purchased on Sunday and picked it up 9 days later, what can I say, fabulous service from everyone, especially David (Ozzy to his mates’. Would definitely recommend them to anyone fancying buying a caravan

We have purchased caravans and had repairs done with various suppliers and workshops over the 33 years we have been caravanning, but the service, sales and backup from this company has been the very best we have ever received. Having dealt with Couplands at Louth for a fair few number of years, we have had nothing other than 100% top level customer service. All the staff work extremely hard to ensure that you leave happy, whether it be purchasing a new or used caravan/motorhome or buying from their well stocked accessory shop. They're not the closest dealer to ourselves but we don't mind the 160 mile round trip to have customer service that is "next level". Highly recommended, if you're in the market for a new caravan would suggest giving them a call. Nothing to lose and a lot to gain !!

Booked my van in January for some repair work and a service. I was given a date Sat 28 of March to bring the Van in. Late on Fri 27th I received a phone call from Couplands to inform me That they were unable to carry out the repair on the body work on my van because they didn't have a sprayer available. It was suggested that they could carry out the service but I would have to bring the Van back at a later date to have the body work done. To say that I was unimpressed is understating it. Its a sixty mile round trip to get my Van to Couplands (Louth) As far as I'm concerned they have lost at least £1000 worth of business.

Bought my new Buccaneer Bermuda at the NEC shiw in October 25. Dave was brilliant giving me a great deal. Just picked it up today 11th March and the switch of caravans was top notch. What a character Wayne is, so customer focused and knowledgeable. Over the years I've bought 6 caravans from the former Robinsons site and now Couplands. I would recommend the team at Worksop to anyone considering buying a caravan. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Yet again buying from Couplands Worksop and collecting the caravan was another very pleasant and efficient experience. From the Salesman Mark who completed the paperwork quickly for the both old caravan and new purchase to Wayne who managed the Handover very professionally. Although we were buying another Coachman which had many familiar parts, Wayne explained everything to us in a careful & measured way making sure we were fully up to date with any changes.

Platinum 5* service from Coupland caravans and in particular Adam Jacklin. We recently purchased a brand-new Bessacarr 835. We are absolutely delighted with it. When we were not sure which layout to go for Adam took a great deal of time to explain the different layouts and work with us to determine which would be best for us. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, polite and kind. He was always at the end of the phone for any queries that we had he arranged for our caravan to be delivered to the north of Scotland at a very reasonable price. We never did a handover in person and Adam and his team were absolutely superb at explaining things over the phone and any questions we had. We have not had a single problem or any issues with the caravan. We could not be happier and we would never buy a caravan from any other dealership. We are enjoying our winter seasonal pitch and our Bessie is keeping us snug and warm even when it’s -15 outside it has an incredible heating system including underfloor heating! Bessacarr and Couplands really are the best.
