The service engineer was excellent as was the service over the phone. I would recommend County Clean to anyone looking for a trusted service provider.

Arrived on time, carried out work safely and professionally. Full report with photographs arrived soon after. Detailed estimate for further work arrived after a few days.

Service was appalling. Still have a sewage unit which doesn't work. Engineer didn't get in touch with me until I left a one star review on another site (some weeks after he had been out to inspect the unit) and then said a new blower would work for a few weeks or perhaps some months or a few years!!! This advice is not helpful.

CountyClean has emptied my sceptic tank three times over the past year. Booking is an easy and pleasurable process with the helpful and friendly voices at the other end of the line. The emptying itself is always on time and efficiently done. Invoices follow quickly. I recommend CountyClean highly.

Do not use this company! They offer an extremely poor service, could not give two hoots about customer services and they do not do what you are paying them for, then unbelievably blame you for not asking for the right thing? Ben is apparently the Manager who is rude and unhelpful.
We ordered an empty of our treatment plant - they turned up but did not fully empty all chambers as 'they did not have the right equipment' but still charged us the same. At the only previous visit we had from them they had cleaned out and emptied all areas and then hosed them down so we expected the same again.... This time they did not bother and were totally unhelpful. As advised by them, we were told we needed a service so we requested a quote and booked it in. They turned up for 10 minutes (blew out air filter and checked blower which we only had installed 1 year ago) and that was it. No cleaning or servicing of any parts. The engineer took photos of the dirty chambers and poor workmanship which they then sent over to us with the invoice!
My husband called them to see if we could get a reduced price for them to come back and empty it properly and hose it out but they have point blank refused. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

He was extremely professional and pleasant and most helpful and resolved a blockage issue with skill and ingenuity.

Firstly a fast response to my need. A very courteous and helpful driver/operator.
We had our cesspit emptied about two weeks before we arranged this visit. However, our drains had started to back up again. With the knowledge that we had just had it emptied I called out a drain unblocker at a cost of £120 to rectify the problem. To be told I didn't have a blockage the cesspit was full? We lifted the lid to find yes the cesspit was full of liquid. We had had excessive rain and the pit was not coping with the volume. On further investigation, I found the problem was at the soakaway and not the cesspit. Once I had rectified that, the problem began to disperse. So I called CountyClean to try and cancel my arranged visit to be told that as it was on the scheduled day of the visit I would still have to pay the fee. So I decided that if I still had to pay the driver might just as well come. According to your terms and conditions, the customer must give 24 hours notice to cancel the charge. Fair enough. This was a little disappointing as the whole experience amounted to nearly £300 out of pocket which could have been avoided. I don't know how you schedule your workload but I would have thought in this day and age the driver could have been contacted and given another job, therefore, allowing me to cancel the one that I no longer needed free of charge. But overall satisfied.
