Disappointing. After spending almost £15,000 with CounyClean to install an entirely new blower/pump, the system failed. This was only discovered one year on after we paid a call out fee for a maintenance check. We were then notified we would have to pay for a separate call out visit, together with all repair costs and parts to fix the broken blower. Poor customer service and I wished we’d never used them.

Following the oil spillage on our drive yesterday, this morning County Clean sent a man with a huge road cleaning lorry to de-grease and pressure wash the drive. Fantastic service, thank you!

Countyclean arrived on time and emptied my ancient cesspool rapidly and completely. I used them a second time and the service was equally efficient.

Sent a contact message via website in the evening, before 0915 the next day I had a call, asked my requirements and within 30hrs the truck had emptied my tank.

The driver/operator (Sean) was courteous, energetic, obliging and didn't mind me helping with the pipes (always up for new experiences, me). I'd spent two hours that morning trying to dislodge and lift the manhole cover; Sean did it in five minutes.

The whole business was executed with speed and efficiency.

John the County Clean service guy did a superb job emptying our tank. We had had a negative experience with a previous operator from a different company who used to go through the process but the tank seemed as full when he finished as it had been before he started. He fed me lines about rainwater “backing up” and so on. John not only completely emptied the tank - nothing there but a big empty tank ! - but also serviced the gully and the pipelines revealing features of the tank which I had never seen in 40 years of rodding. A completely upfront and professional job . We will continue to use County Clean as they were - represented by John - upfront, honest and entirely professional.

You really couldn’t ask for more. Great service, nice people, brilliant sales team and above all a change to have a company that really does care.

County Clean came as promised to pump waste from my septic tank, parking next door with next door's permission as my drive is too narrow for their tanker.

I gave four stars because despite having agreed a Wednesday visit, a tanker first came on the Monday when I was not at home.
